We had a great day! Roy was our tour guide and did such a great job! We brought my mom in her 70s, who is active, but was hesitant about getting in and out of the boat. Not only did Roy help her with ease, but had a floaty to help her around the reef if she got tired. He showed us some awesome creatures too. Overall -wonderful day!
Do not share your adventure pass on the cell phone!!! This operator insisted that we were at the wrong location and your based solely on the photo of a yellow speed boat on our booking. They then sent us to another marina, and upon arrival adventure world confirmed that we were at the right location, the first time. after returning to this experience the operator still sent us through boobs before I finally admitting that we were at the right location. We did not receive an apology, just the paperwork to fill out for liability. At that point, we should’ve been 30 minutes into the tour. Customer service at this place was horrible!
It was so much fun! But you should know that there are other fees that are paid at the location $35 per person for a conservation fee and $20 per person docking fee Bring cash It was still well worth it we enjoyed it very much also they offer massage services after and they were great too!
This was our second time doing this and didn’t disappoint us. The entire experience was fun and the snorkeling was great! Jorge, the tour guide is amazing!
