Terrible. Received confirmation night before tour. Walked 30 minutes to start destination. No one was present. Checked with other operators at that location and none could help. No help from trip advisor website. 1.5 hours after tour start time, received notification that tour had been cancelled. Very frustrating afternoon.
Worst tour ever took. Spoke nothing about wine country. Spike nothing about wineries and didn’t see anything about them. . Ended two hours early. I waste of time!!!!
The description stated that the group size is about 22. Our tour had nearly 50 people. The description also stated that you stopped off at a Tuscan village, stopped at a view point, tried olive oil and balsamic vinegar and that you will try 7 wines. We didn’t stop at any villages or view points. There was some bread with a drop of olive oil so I suppose that was the olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting. Lastly, we only tasted 6 wines. Finding the correct tour company at the meeting point was difficult because there were a bunch of different groups there and our tour group didn’t have a sign. The tour guide on the bus gave a couple descriptions along the way, but was otherwise silent for most of the tour. I would not recommend this tour. It isn’t as described and is definitely not worth the price.

The tour was amazing. We learned the traditional ways of making wine. We were able to spend some free time at both wineries. The views are incredible. I highly recommend
The Chianti afternoon wine tour from Florence was a dreamy escape into the heart of Tuscany. As we drove through rolling vineyards and olive groves, I couldn’t help but feel completely at peace, surrounded by some of the most beautiful landscapes I’ve ever seen. The wineries we visited were warm and inviting, and each wine tasting felt like a mini celebration of Italy’s rich winemaking tradition. I felt so relaxed and content, enjoying the perfect combination of delicious wine, scenic views, and great company. It was one of those experiences that felt both luxurious and deeply authentic
Great tour - very knowledgeable guide and fantastic staff at wineries. Beautiful wines and reasonable size serves of wine. Highly recommended.
