Needed a transfer from Southampton port to Geathrow area hotel. Melanie was great. On time, courteous, friendly and a great, safe driver. Knows the area well and could make recommendations.
Melanie, our driver, made the port to Heathrow trip very enjoyable with early communication, pickup info and suggestions so we had absolutely no trouble finding her and her nice vehicle at the port. Definitely a five-star experience. Would definitely book her again in the future.

Melanie was fantastic! She communicated to us a day prior to where exactly she would meet us and in what vehicle. Pick-up was so easy and stress-free. We also appreciated her clean vehicle and her friendliness. We had a very comfortable ride from the cruise terminal to Heathrow airport. Would book this again and specifically request Melanie!
Melanie’s communication was excellent and she had great suggestions for places to visit the next time we were visiting. My hubby and I were also looking for a quick coffee stop on the way to the airport and she knew just where to take us 😁. Car was clean and comfortable and included cold water for the trip.

Melanie from Solent Private Hire picked us up at the cruise terminal in Southampton. From the start her communication was terrific. She was exactly where and when she said she would be. Melanie was engaging and kind enough to share with us information about the Southampton area and in addition was knowledgeable about the sights and history of London. The next time my family and I need a car we will definitely call Melanie.

Couple with luggage and scooter taken to airport hotel in London. A very comfortable ride and the driver was nice. Price was a little high.
