Booked the eight passenger for the ride back to the airport. Supposedly able to carry eight people and eight luggage. We had seven in which three were kids. 7 luggage. Driver refused to take us and made us get a seperate taxi for the rest. They sent a six seater with a seat upfront. We asked for a 50% refund which was refused by Viator and the provider. Be careful when you book these.

The pickup at the cruise port was a little chaotic but it was not the driver's fault. The port authority should do a better job at directing vehicles that are picking up disembarking passengers. Once we were able to connect with our driver directly, it was much easier to coordinate an exact pickup location. As far as the ride to the airport, the passenger in the back seat was motion sick because the driver kept accelerating and decelerating her foot on the gas pedal. It was not a smooth ride. However, I would still book this same trip with Viator again.
Transport on time. Carlton excellent driver. Polite and helpful. Company communication was excellent as we had to increase size of vehicle.
Excellent experience! Driver was on time. Phoned me with his location and description of his van. Made him very easy to find. Ride from Southampton to Heathrow airport was smooth and comfortsble.
Great service and a decent price for the very nice luxury car that picked us up. Good communication from the driver. Definitely recommend for peace of mind to get to the airport quickly after cruise.
Easy communication and timely service . We needed car service a bit earlier than we thought . . Communicated thru the office and it was a breeze to arrange new time . Would definitely use this car service again. Thank you for a clean ride
Viator handles your reservation by giving it to a third party and they may or may not give the correct information for pick up and drop off or the correct times to the third party. The third party will hopefully call you and ask for the correct pick up and drop off information and for the time of pick up. Or you can just hope for the best. When the third party called us, the pick up time was 2 hours later than I requested and they had a drop off location I never heard of. Very disappointing. Viator "credits" are useless. I tried to apply credits for this booking and no reply or way to use the credits. No response from Viator on why my credits were not used. I will not be using Viator in the future.

Everything went as planned and we had a quick ride to the airport from the South Hampton cruise terminal.
