No idea you never used our service ,please read our reviewa !!!! thats not our service please show me your ref number still wait for your reply . please send us confirmation number if you are one of our guest to prove , hope you rely back to me !!!! many other operator does this tour and copy from us ,maybe u write to wrong listing ! thank you for the feedback , but make sure you wrote to correct company . you never used or contact us for that tour , you might write that to wrong listing , everyone used our service and know who we are , read reviews , thats why you booked us , we dont know if you are spam or you took money form other to write that for us , if we are bad , you never use our service but you came through our review which are real one not fake . please check , thank you , we wish you good time in Egypt . Egypt is the most safe place in Egypt , check which company you use and wrote for them . hope you be honest and fair no need to have that fake or scam or spam
I don't have any impressions, what's going on with the receptionist making you pay as if the show was cancelled? Free cancellations are the norm for refunds, but I still haven't received a response. Is this a new overseas scam? Don't be lazy, settle quickly.

This was a last minute trip, the tour operator accomodated us and moved the booking to Sunday as there was no light show on Monday. The driver John was prompt hrlpful and gave general info about Pyramids and the show. Since we were picked up early he was nice enough to take us to Cotton world and to oils spices stores we enjoyed the hibiscus tea! The sound and light show was very good but we were expecting more laser like lights pn the pyramids.

The day before the provider told us the show was being cancelled by the government? So was very disappointed not to see it

Beautiful Pyramid sound and light show. The driver was attentive, arrived on time to pick us up at the hotel. Friendly People. Recommend.

The sound and light show at the pyramids was an amazing way to finish up my last day in Egypt. It was an experience that I would recommend to any tourist visiting Cairo. My tour guide, Eslam, made my experience viewing the show even better. He helped me set up the perfect pick up time for the show. I was able to stop to get a small meal on the way there and arrived right on time for a perfect sunset photo. It was a breathtaking view and I was there early enough to beat the crowds to get good pictures. I got a front row seat for the show as well. Eslam was incredibly kind and fun to talk with on the way to and from the show. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Our driver picked us up from our hotel by very nice sc vechile , his name is Ahmed who was very nice with us and talk with us about life in Egypt , traditional life then we arrived to sound and light show and get for us entry fess for ticket , the show was interesting

The tour company contacted us less than 24 hours before the start of the sound and light show at the Pyramids to cancel stating that the government has taken over the venue for the evening hence, the event we were going to attend was cancelled. We contacted Trip advisor to get our money back and have not heard back as yet. All rather disappointing.
first of all , it is not in our hand , goveremnet who canceled, you contact me , i already refund you and triapdivosr gave tou money back, be fair , no need to do like that , life is short !
Great night out. Picked up by Moaz our driver for the night, on time and took us on a safe journey to the show. Shame it was a little cold but we loved the story of the pyramids. After the show Moaz was waiting and looking out for us and once again drove us expertly back to our hotel. The driving and traffic in Cairo is very different to what we have in the UK so it was great having Moaz as our driver, who made it look easy. Thank you very much

Great relaxing night activity after a day of exploring Cairo. Eslam was a very good driver/guide and took very good care of my family all throughout the event.
