1 times krydstogt med Daintree-floden og krokodille på den eneste solbåd på Daintree-floden. Dyreliv inkluderer saltvandskrokodiller, slanger, frøer og fugle og også fortolkning af mangrove-miljøet. Virksomheden er familieejet og drives lokalt og har været i gang siden 2002. Vi tilbyder en unik miljøoplevelse med minimal påvirkning; se, høre og lugte naturen på sit bedste. Vi tilbyder også længere to-tre timers krydstogter kun ved bookinger, maksimalt 10 personer, der er gode til fotografering eller dem, der ønsker en længere og mere personlig rundvisning.

Vi har en succesrate på 99 %* for at spotte krokodiller, fremragende fuglekiggeri og andre muligheder for vilde dyr såsom slanger, frøer, krabber og fisk. Din erfarne fortolkende guide er vant til nuancerne i floden, regnskoven og mangroverne og kan spotte et utroligt udvalg af dyreliv, som du ikke nødvendigvis ville se på egen hånd. Båden er udstyret med det unikke "CROC CAM" for at hjælpe med at vise godt camouflerede krokodiller og dyreliv. På grund af dyrelivets uforudsigelige natur, hvis du går glip af at se en krokodille, kan du komme igen gratis.

This was one of our highlights of the whole trip in the area, as we learnt so much. With this operator you are in a smaller boat, and they know the local crocs and their favourite hiding places well. The crocs seem to trust this boat and dont immediatly get disturbed, so its better for them as well. A really good experience and we had 4 or 5 close up encounters.
This was an absolute highlight of our two weeks in FNQ. David's vast knowledge of this stretch of the mighty Daintree River and its inhabitants helped us feel really connected with the environment and see things we would never have noticed otherwise. Loved the small quiet boat. Remarkable experience. Scarface fans for life. Thank you David.
David is an excellent tour guide; informative and educational with a lovely rich voice. He has an uncanny knack of spotting tiny wildlife and uses a laser pointer so everyone can spot them. Electric boat was calm and quiet, and being smaller got in close to the banks easily. I went to the old Google map location and staff were lovely and kind when I was slightly late. If it rains you will definitely get wet including your pants so bring a change of clothes. Seats face inwards so there’s a bit of twisting to see things behind you. Highly recommend the two hour tour.
We booked this tour direct after coming across their Facebook page. The guide/owner had a fantastic reputation and we wanted to support him as he had lost much business through the cyclone and then a flood as small business matters. So much more than crocodiles ,we witnessed beautiful birdlife ,snakes and more. The owner could spit things from miles away and took his time to let us watch the crocodiles and to take pics. The banter in regards to how the knowledge was presented kept us entertained..highly recommend
Highly recommend this tour. We went on a rainy day and the guide went out of his way to allow us with the maximum opportunity for croc spotting. We ended up seeing baby crocs and a large croc both on land and underwater. Very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do.
An excellent two hours on the river seeing several crocodiles and birds. Mark was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The boat was smaller than the other operators which was good as it meant we could go up smaller waterways.

We had a phenomenal time on the Solar Whisper Daintree River Crocodile & Wildlife Cruise with Marc. Incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the Daintree ecosystem. We saw baby crocs, huge adult males basking on the banks, and even females guarding nests. We also spent plenty of time geeking out over birds and mangroves, which made the whole experience even better. An absolutely brilliant trip from start to finish - Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Daintree!

Our guide was very knowledgable and friendly. We saw two small crocodiles and several super cool birds and learned a ton about the ecology and history of the area. Super fun!
