The bus was nice. Unfortunately, my pick-up time was 6:40 AM, the bus was 20 minutes late, and then we spent AN HOUR AND A HALF driving around Miami to various hotels picking people up. The whole 6:40-10:00 excursion got me 6 hours, total, in Key West. (And the outing was canceled due to weather, but that’s not the tour operators fault. If they fail to refund that I will lower to 1 star.)

DO BIT USE TBIS COMPANY! They never showed up at the meeting point. Myself and 6 other guests waited for over an hour, tried to call text and what’s app. Mind you, the meet up time was 6:30am on our voucher, we got a text message at 4:36-& saying be at the meeting location at 6:40am. I arrived at 6:30am to be safe. Absolutely no answer response until 4:07pm from these so called business people. AND they gave a bogus excuse. Saying their staff missed the stop on the route. It took them 12 hours to come up with that lie. Don’t wade your money or use this company. Luckily, I was able to call trip adviser for refund. DO NOT USE THEM!
Hello 👋, we apologize for the disappointment, unfortunately on time of holiday, accidents happens has we do not control everything unfortunately. After investigation by our management, On that day, we had 3 buses, and our driver didn't coordinate properly and never came to your location. The situationhas been dealt accordingly in order to never happen again, you of course been refunded automatically as you didn't participate at our tour. We did tried to contact you for a free tour on us ! As we offer over 45 different activities and water activities and your satisfaction is our goal! Come back soon!
If you are going to do one trip to Key West, it has to be this one! Long journey on the coach but worth it. You'll be taken 7 miles offshore to a coral reef, great briefing and introduction by the crew and amazing sights when snorkeling. Free bar on the return, over the azure waters. It was magical and a memory that will last for a lifetime. Thanks to all who made it an incredible day!
Booked this tour for my last day in Miami. Got up at 5a.m to leave Miami Beach on the bus, rode for about 4 hours to arrive at Key West around 12:15p.m. Checked in at Sunset Water Sports right away, and was told to grab a sandwich and meet at the dock before 1p.m by our tour guide. 8 of us did so, arriving at the boat 2 minutes before 1pm to watch the boat drive off and leave us on the dock with who I assume is the first mate staring right at us as they drove away. Neither the Captain or other staff on the boat would answer the phone, as well as management. Was offered a simple refund as if that makes up for wasting a whole day coming down here. 4 hour trip down to Key West for nothing. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this trip. Book elsewhere!

This was so much fun! Jamie, Voy, and Captain Ed were excellent hosts. This is great for couples or families. This was one of the main things we wanted to do in Key West and I’m so glad we did it with Jamie, Voy, and Captain Ed. They provided everything and the drinks were delicious!
When they say arrive early, they’re not kidding. We walked from our hotel down Collins, arriving at the Claremont at the time the listing and confirmation says to arrive (6:45am), and there was no sign of a bus. We tried calling the number listed for the operator to no avail, and then contacted them through TripAdvisor messaging. Two hours later, they replied that the bus had left by the time we arrived… obviously, we figured that out on our own. We requested a refund, and they offered to let us take it another day, but we were down for a limited time, and had scheduled it that day for a reason. They would not refund any of our money, and I’m not even sure they were ever there to begin with.
This was an amazing trip. I have no complaints. We were lucky that we got perfect weather, sunny in the 80s no wind. It’s very important that you check the weather when you book this activity. The staff was super nice helpful and friendly. The drinks were good they are very generous with plenty of alcohol. I’m definitely using their services again
The entire day trip to Key West was filled with amazing people and staff. Everything was on time and the staff on the bus (Lili) was incredibly sweet and helpful. Her instructions were super clear plus the staff on the boat when we went snorkeling was just super helpful and professional beyond my expectations. I personally panicked when I went inside the water and the life guard (not sure about the name) saw me struggle and he promptly reached towards me and offered to help. Even though I was very nervous, he went out of his way to calm me down and offered to help. Highly recommend booking this trip because for the price it is so much worth it. Hope this helps.
Lots of fun, great staff operating boat, great drinks, lots of fish, and plenty of time to explore Key west too! would recommend.
