Snorkling Nusa Penida og ø-turpakke

The trip was unorganized, the food wasn’t great and the snorkeling terrible. The beach the get the boat was completely filthy and the boat was completely run down and really old. The snorkeling portion was just about 50 yards from the shore. In one of the spots where we were I was literally picking out trash from the sea. Pick a different tour.

We booked last minute so fair enough that there may have been some confusion however the organisation was diabolical. Staff kept referring to us by other peoples names and we kept receiving messages chasing us up about other people. We were given a departure time an hour late. So when our driver turned up we had to rush to get ready to leave. The driver himself was lovely and we felt safe in his car and travelling around. That said his English wasn’t the best so it was more a case of being driven around for the day. But we saw the main sights eg Kelingking beach, the angels billabong and the broken beach as well as taking out the Snorkeling. The Snorkeling itself was run from a beach club. There wasn’t any changing facilities so had to do this in the toilets. But the beach club was nice enough and the food there looked great. We went on the Snorkeling tour and the tour staff had good English and the boat and equipment all seemed good. However we didn’t see much at all and certainly no manta rays. Our highlight of the Snorkeling was a single Turtle but for most others it probably was a case of seeing different varieties of fish. After the Snorkeling we went back to the beach club, showered outside, changed and waited for what we assumed was the food - rather excitedly as as said before the beach club food looked really nice. After waiting about 20-30 mins we were told we were driving off for food. We ended up being taken to our first location on the afternoon trip which was the restaurant and this was fairly late in the afternoon. We spent about 40 mins in the restaurant and it is honestly the worst place I’ve ever eaten. To summarise the rating on Google is less than 3* and it was clear why this is the case. The floor was dirty and we were given a menu only with meat dishes. My wife is a vegan, so this was not suitable for us at all and we had to take the meat away from her dish. Over the course of the next 48 hours both of us experienced Bali belly and it ruined the last few days of our honeymoon. We don’t think this is a coincidence. It would be better not to include food and give the guests the opportunity to arrange their own food.

Our drivers were wonderful and truly made our experience exceed expectations. I’m grateful to the tourism agency and especially to drivers Gudi and Padi!

The organization of the tour was very efficient. While serious snorkelers might be disappointed, the snorkeling spots were beautiful, and the guides captured unforgettable underwater photos and videos. The afternoon viewpoint tour was enjoyable, albeit a bit lengthy due to the rough roads. The views were stunning!

I recently enjoyed my second trip with Bali Boomerang Tours, and it was fantastic! I was thrilled to see the Manta Ray at Nusa Penida Island, along with a variety of beautiful, colorful fish. After a delicious lunch, we visited the stunning Kelingking Beach and a few other beautiful spots. By 6:30 PM, they sent us our snorkeling photos, which were amazing! I highly recommend this tour agency for anyone looking to explore Bali’s underwater wonders.

Unfortunately when we booked to go, there was a silent seas tradition around Nusa Peneda so we were unable to visit. Instead our tour guide offered to take us snorkeling around Bali on a private boat and visit some waterfalls which we took him up on. The experience although not what was planned was brilliant. Our tour guide was excellent and really friendly. Although I can't speak for the Nusa peneda experience, I would thoroughly recommend the tour guide.

The trip was great! Beautiful snorkeling, unfortunately didn’t see any manta rays, but it’s obviously not a guarantee! However, all the snorkeling spots were very crowded with other tour groups/boats, this seemed to cause a lot of disturbance with the wildlife, so fish/other sea life was kind of scarce. It was also a bit dangerous to be snorkeling/swimming around so many other motor boats, you just had to be very cautious to make sure none of them ran over you. If the snorkeling locations were less crowded I think it would be a 5/5!

Would’ve given the day 4 stars (the ferry was awful and food not great but these are easily worth moving past hence not 5 star) My partner has a beard and the mask would not work, he had to sit out of all the dives once we realised this in the first dive. When we told the guides they said “ah yeah that’s true” don’t get me wrong they were great and I had a wonderful, once in a lifetime experience but sadly not shared with my partner. Full face masks should be available or at least tell us they won’t work if you have a beard. Very sad to see him sat all day watching the rest of us

The views were amazing The driver was very good, not only with driving but also for photos. He took very cool pictures and videos like he was a pro. Totally recommend!
