Snorkeleventyr i Mahahual: Møde med skildpadder

Very good experience. Only me and my wife were booked so it was like a private excursion. Guide was very good. He drug my wife all around the reefs. After we got back, the souvenir stands were high pressure. We felt safe until then. So we left. I would go back, but take more people with me.

This excursion was so fun! We loved every minute. It was a perfect length of time and we saw a turtle in addition to seeing all the amazing fish. The staff was so friendly and even waited for us as it took us longer to get out of the cruise port. The pineapple at the end tasted so good. So happy to get away from all the cluster of the port and get out to this location - which had a beautiful beach, great shops and food - that was a bonus after we finished this excursion/snorkeling.

We had an absolutely incredible time on the Mahahual Snorkeling Adventure: Turtle Encounter! Axel, Nigel & the Captain of the boat were outstanding guides from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, patient, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable in the water. They took us to the perfect spots where we were lucky enough to see sea turtles up close, along with beautiful tropical fish and the amazing reef. Their knowledge of the area and enthusiasm made the entire experience even more enjoyable. What really stood out was how much they cared about making sure everyone had a great time. They were attentive, answered all our questions, and made the trip fun for everyone, regardless of snorkeling experience. If you’re visiting Mahahual or Costa Maya, I highly recommend booking this tour and asking for Axel and Nigel. They truly made our day unforgettable. Went here with my ten year old son. He has been in the pool since he was a kid but has limited ocean experience. The waves at the dock were a bit high but so I was worried he may struggle. The spot we ended up going to was naturally protected by a reef and was fairly calm. The guides were very attentive to everyone but especially the kids. I was very comfortable with them watching my son. The snorkeling was pretty good. Cool fish, nice reef, limited seaweed. The area is a 3 minute walk from the lighthouse. Taxi driver was 5.00 a person. Overall 10/10 for an easy snorkeling trip! Highly recommend.

I had to cancel the tour due to bad weather, but I found the service great, as they took the trouble to contact me hours before to inform me of the inconveniences that could be (poor visibility) and gave me the option to choose whether to continue, or cancel with full refund, even though I support it would not allow me because of the rush of the request

Excellent guide Neto, very patient with the whole family and we stayed until we found turtles. Clear instructions and always respecting nature 10 of 10. Thank you to Captain Nano for his attention and the fruit as you board the vessel.

This was a very fun and safe snorkeling trip. I am a 70 years old female- I took the trip while my partner stayed behind working. I felt very safe and watched over. Our crew was Neto and Nano. We saw 2 very big sea turtles and lots of interesting fish in the beautiful blue Caribbean Sea.

The tour was incredible and everything that it was advertised to be. Our guide Nana and captain Neto were extremely friendly and capable. We were in the water for about an hour and saw several giant turtles and a sting ray The gal at the dive shop was extremely helpful
