Our whole family enjoyed Xel-Ha. We had a great time. We did a lot of swimming, eating and drinking!

There is a lot to do and you will most likely want to do some activities twice , unless you're hungover I don't reccomend the lazy river , it takes up around 1.5-2 hours of time if you're tubing and letting the current take you ,it's relaxing but there are much better activities , food and service is excellent , would go again 100%

My favourite place to go and have a really good time. Food is amazing and free all day (no just one meal), they have 3 or 4 restaurants so you can chose what you like. Is all fun to be there. Price is worth it. I would come every day and never get bored. I highly recommend this place.

An excellent all inclusive park with variety of restaurants and delicious food. Outdoor activities, in a Paradise place. The slide is super fun. Good option to visit with friends and family.

Xel-Ha is amazing if you don’t want to leave the slide of 10 a nice experience the rope activities are luxury somewhat tired but worth the fun..

Were today in this amusement park with the ominous x which one will notice again and again in cancun and surroundings. We booked the trip directly on their homepage as it was about 100€ per person cheaper (rental car we had). With about 90€ admission per person, the expectation was accordingly high. Arrived in the park, the entrance ran uncomplicated Abi. And already the first photographers came around the corner and want to take photos to make seemingly even more money. We headed first to the floating river because it seems to get quite crowded there later. We decided to snorkel along the path as I like to go snorkeling and have seen a lot accordingly. Yes what can I say supposed eco-park since the water should be actually glass clear that's what it looks like from above. However, as soon as you have the mask on and look down you realize pretty quickly that it is not the case you can not even see to the ground what would be in about 2-3m depth. Apparently there is some additive in the water so that it is no longer clear further down you saw it quite nicely when you waved your fins and suddenly you could not recognize anything. This was our first attraction and unfortunately also the last because we went there mainly because of the snorkeling in the shallow and especially calm waters because I can slide in the hotel. On the way to the exit then unfortunately still looks at the “dolphin lagoon” which in my opinion belongs forbidden to keep so many beautiful animals in such a small tank. But as long as people are amused to swim with the animals and pay a lot of money for it, it will unfortunately remain that way. As for the rest of the park, I can't and don't want to say more because the first experience was disappointing enough and we preferred to use the day more meaningfully.

XelHa pronounced as Shell Ha is a water based eco park so if you or the kids cant or dont want to swim DONT come on this trip - if you like swimming, zip wires, water slides, cliff jumping - great food and great drink (all inclusive once in) then this is the place for you and the family - only 15 minutes from Bahia resort is a bonus if you are staying there. You dont have to buy any of the picture packages but one tip I will give you is you MUST have a waterproof case for your phone to "really" enjoy what the park has to offer re photo opportunities.
