Sneskovandring i bjergene ved nordkysten, mens du kun ligger 20 minutter fra Vancouvers centrum, transporterer dig til et vintervidunderland. Træk vejret i bjergets friske luft, føl dig opfrisket og fascineret af den skønhed, der omgiver dig. Stierne løber gennem subalpine enge og sneklædte skove, for dem, der leder efter et mere udfordrende eventyr, venter bjergtoppe på dig. For dem, der ønsker at forbrænde nogle kalorier, kan snesko forbrænde op til 1000 kalorier i timen, en fantastisk måde at få din motion i løbet af dagen. Nyd alt dette, mens du lærer om områdets historie.

På vej til vores snesko-destination i de nærliggende North Shore-bjerge, går vi gennem den verdensberømte Stanley Park. Stanley Park er en af de største metroparker i Canada og har en rig historie som en stor attraktion i Vancouver
Mens vi fortsætter til vores destination Cypress Mountain, krydser vi den verdensberømte Lions Gate Bridge. Mens vi fortsætter over broen, får vi en utrolig udsigt over Stanley Park, North Shore og vores bjergdestination.
Vi vil på eventyr ind i de nærliggende North Shore-bjerge. Der venter os 11 km snesko-stier i et vinterlandskab. Stierne løber gennem subalpine enge og sneklædte skove. Når vi har fået os mætte af motion og de smukke seværdigheder, kan vi stoppe ved Lodgen for en forfriskning og en let snack, inden vi vender tilbage til byen. Denne vidunderlige vinterdag vil give dig lyst til mere! Inkluderet i denne tur: Dør til dør returtransport, sneskopas, sneskoudlejning og sneskoguide.

Very good oot hiking trip. Must be in relatively good shape, and try not to overdress, it gets hot quite quickly even in the snow. High waterproof boots would be best imo, but regular hiking boots will do .. expect them to get soaked though.
Snowshoeing at Hollyburn – Cypress Mountain Loved the whole experience! The trail was beautiful, the snow was perfect, and I had so much fun. Our tour guide was amazing friendly, patient, and really made the hike enjoyable. Definitely a highlight of my Canada trip!

Today was a perfect day with Adrian. He was so accommodating from the very start, even reaching out beforehand to inquire about lunch preferences and meeting times. We had an early pick up in front of our hotel. After discussing the day, Adrian realized we had already hiked Cypress Mountain on Sunday so he quickly changed the plans to Grouse. We, of course, were fine going back, but he wanted us to experience a different place. What a great choice he made. We had fantastic weather and views as we snowshoed along the trails. Fresh snow was falling and it created the perfect mountain trail setting. Adrian set the pace, however, he constantly checked if we were okay since it was our first time snowshoeing. After about 5 miles it was time for lunch, a choice of fresh sandwiches, salads, fruit and homemade cookies. He thought of everything to make the day perfect. Adrian gave us several recommendations for food and activities. A five star experience for sure!!!

I had an incredible snowshoe tour at Grey Goose Mountain in Canada, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the start, the guide was fantastic—communication was clear and timely, and he even picked me up directly from my location, which made everything so easy. Once we got started, it was clear that he really knew his stuff. The trail was absolutely stunning, and he tailored the experience perfectly to our group’s abilities, making sure it was both challenging and enjoyable. At the summit, we had a delicious lunch, which was a nice touch after a rewarding climb. The guide also took plenty of photos, which was great for capturing the stunning views. As a local, he had excellent recommendations for other things to do in the area too. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely do it again. If you’re in the area and looking for a memorable outdoor adventure, this tour is a must!

Well organised fantastic scenery minutes from the city . Adrian is very patient and knowledgeable . I had never snowshoed before but it was great fun .
