Oplev den tidløse tiltrækning ved Braga på vores halvdagstur. Ledet af en ekspertguide, dyk ned i byens rige historie, beundre dens katedral og slentre gennem charmerende pladser. Oplev en unik opstigning til Bom Jesus ved hjælp af verdens ældste vanddrevne kabelbane (siden 1882). Fra helligdommen på en bakketop kan du nyde den betagende udsigt over Braga og gå ned gennem 570 trin, hvor du låser op for panoramaudsigter over denne historiske perle. Højdepunkter: - Oplev Bragas skjulte gader. En overkommelig og ikke-turistisk byoplevelse. - Træd ind i historien: Portugals første katedraludforskning. - Farverige vidundere: Saint Barbara Gardens og Avenida da Liberdade. - Stig op med stil: Hydraulisk kabelbane til Bom Jesus Sanctuary.

Det var et privat teater. Det første teater var Teatro São Geraldo, hvor Banco de Portugal nu ligger. I 1911 begyndte projektet at forme hånden på arkitekten João de Moura Coutinho. Den 21. april 1915 blev Theatro Circo indviet, hvilket faldt sammen med Bragas store økonomiske og sociale udvikling.
2020 - Rehabiliteringen af det kommunale Bracarense Marked. Markedet fik to hæderlige omtaler i National Urban Rehabilitation Award! Rehabiliteringsprojektet blev skabt af APTO - Arquitectura og BO Engenharia stod for byggeriet.
Kirken blev bygget senere (1784) af Carlos Amarante, som gav den et italiensk inspireret neo-klassisk design, som harmonisk integrerer landskabet i det nordlige Portugal.

Great tour with Christina, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. The tour covered some great highlights which we would have missed, we also got some excellent recommendations for drinks and food. Bom Jesus De Monte was fantastic and the additional information provided really helped us to understand more about the area.

Christiane is an accomplished guide. I can't imagine a better way to learn about Braga's rich history than through her thoughtfully planned series of excursions into the city's most special buildings. We did a lot in the three hours, but it was paced expertly. She offered several great recommendations for local eateries, too, as we walked through the streets of Braga. Yum. :-)

Chris the tour guide was great! She was very informative on every detail of the tour! the religion history was so interesting to hear about! The Bom Jesus a must! All the churches and cathedrals beautiful! The only thing i wish was we had more time in the market and square area to walk around and shop! I would definitely recommend this tour!

Our walking tour with Cristiane was definitely the highlight of our time in Braga! If you are visiting the city you should definitely take a tour with her company, either the walking tour or food tour! We don’t think we would have appreciated the city as much as we did if it wasn’t for this tour. Cristiane did an amazing job of bringing the long history of Braga to life through the stops in the old city while also sharing the culture of current Braga so we got a complete understanding of the city. We really loved the tour and appreciated getting a local historical perspective. The tour was the perfect length of 3 hours to get acquainted to the city and you still have most of the day free to explore more on your own.
