Hver vingårdstur giver dig mulighed for at opdage den fascinerende historie bag Castel Mimi og smage nogle af de bedste moldaviske vine. Vingårdsturen inkluderer en fængslende gåtur gennem slottets kældre, haver, gårdhave og vingårdens produktionsområde. Vingårdsturen afsluttes med guidede vinsmagninger, der vil give dig en fantastisk sanseoplevelse. Alle vores ture undtagen én inkluderer også et udvalg af traditionelle moldoviske gourmetretter. Vores vej til landsbyen Bulboaca vil vare omkring 1 time og 15 minutter. Vi besøger Castle MIMI Winery. Turen starter fra indgangen til slottets indre gårdhave, som er smukt dekoreret med græsplæner, dekorative buske, labyrinter, vintønder, der bruges som dekoration, et musikalsk springvand, der skifter farver og fosser ud fra gulvet. Efter du vil besøge de historiske vinkældre, vinproduktionsområdet og middelalderhaven og hæklabyrint. Tid til vinsmagning. Du skal smage 5 fantastiske Castel Mimi-vine. Smag også 7 traditionelle moldoviske og gourmet-forretter: gravlaks laks med sort brød, tomme ost håndlavet med pære, paté med mandelrug-cracker, mozzarella med cherrytomater og oliven og roastbeef med vinsauce. Vejen tilbage til Chisinau vil vare omkring 1 time.

When I first booked, the lack of communication bothered me. It did get better and the driver to the actual tour site was very good.
It was excellent trip. Everything was perfect
A great trip. I was collected from my hotel in central Chisinau. My driver and guide was excellent: he was very knowledgable about Molvova, and so the journey to Castle Mimi was very enjoyable. It is really important to have guides who know the local scene, and my driver was excellent. Castle Mimi is a great destination visit if you are interested in wine. Because of local circumstances, I had a personal tour around the winery, and it finished with a tasting of five wines. All round an excellent experience.

Good tour. Slava was my guide. Spoke very good English. He was knowledgeable about touristy things (dates, facts, etc) but also open to share about life in Moldova. He was also a safe and attentive driver. The tour at MIMI was given by an employee of the winery. Very polished. Good wines paired with interesting snacks. Recommend going when warmer to enjoy the fountain (closed over the winter) and outdoor areas.
This tour was amazing experience with Slava, he showed us all the iconic places from Chisinau, walking around telling us all the historic moments of each place. Finishing the tour at the Castle Mimi winery, all the history behind this beautiful castle and finishing with a delicious tasting of 5 types of wine and different snacks perfect for each wine. We really enjoyed the experience and the car had heating in the seats, something, that for winter, we really appreciated it.
