We had a wonderful visit. Very well arranged and no delay at entry or registration. Thereafter our group was managed professionally by our guide, Maggie who was most knowledgeable and humorous. Throughly enjoyed the amazing Vatican with its innumerable treasures and historical facts came to life thanks to Maggie - truly for me a dream come true to visit after many years. One of the best tours we have taken.

We booked Skip-the-Line tickets to the Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel for today (28May2026) through Viator with tour operator "Vatican Visions Tour". It was definitely expensive, but we had a fabulous experience overall. We arrived about 30 minutes early to line up and got into the museum very smoothly. There were lots of people, as expected, but we were able to see most of the museum within about 2 hours. The booking and payment process through Viator was easy and straightforward. We received tickets (in pdf) via email and WhatApps including location the night before and can easily used to enter the museum. My only recommendation for the tour operator would be to send the tickets after payment or at least a few days earlier instead of the night before, as we were worried about not receiving them in time. Other than that, everything went really well and we truly enjoyed the experience!

Tickets came online and easy to find.. no wait entry was easy and on time. Museum was incredible and Sistine Chapel was awesome .

Can leave a 0? The worst tour experience in my life. Vatican Vision Tours provided tickets with wrong names. We were denied access to the museum. Even though I explained the issue to Vatican Vision Tours, the contact person maintained their position, the tickets should work. At first, for approximately 20 minutes, Vatican Vision Tours was responsive through the app messaging function but then all communications ceased. We waited for two hours in hope of receiving tickets with our names but our wait was fruitless. The phone number listed is not operable, all communication must be done through the app, no telephone number. WORST of the WORST.

Shameful experience. We booked the skip the line Vatican tour. This company ( Mizanur Rahman ) contact me at 11pm the night before the experience telling me not to worry, our tickets will be with us an hour before the start. We travelled all this way and he sent me a message 10 minutes before our entrance and cancelled the tour!!!!! IDin not blame the Vatican for not sending something you never had to sell in the first place, after speaking to other operators, you do this a lot !!! You should be ashamed!!!! And banned from Viatour, who I will be contacting also !!

To see the amazing antiquities and art was amazing, however I believe the tours could be managed a lot better. Being crushed and almost bullied through by security almost spoiled the experience. If it were not for the collection of the museum I would hasten to recommend it.

We waited at meeting point and could not find our agent that was suppose to provide us our tickets. We called the number it was invalid.
