The organizers werevery helpful and even let us to the best gelato in town while we waited. We skipped the line- which was so helpful in the heat- and got in quite quickly. Our docent, Thomas, within the museum, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and all in all made the experience a very memorable experience for my family.

We had a tour at 08.35 wich is the earliest tour.. the tour guide Galya… she is incredibly knowledgeable and humble.. who gave the radios and tickets I couldn’t remember their names they were like friends.. really enjoyed the tour.. thank you guys.. 🙏🙏 highly recommended.. 🫡

We had a wonderful experience in Florence. Francesco was an excellent guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the history and art. The staff at the meeting point were also very welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. What I particularly appreciated was the payment system. We paid online only for the tour service and then paid the ticket cost at the meeting point during check-in. This gave me extra confidence because I didn't have to pay the full amount upfront without knowing how the service would be. Being able to pay part online and the ticket cost on the spot once everything was confirmed was a great option and made the whole experience feel more secure and flexible. Overall, a very well-organized experience that I would happily recommend.
