We had a spectacular day of skiing, with very good snow and good weather. Kenji is a great guide and very resourceful.

Our reservation included transportation, clothing, equipment, and a ski lesson. Our guide Kenji was very kind, patient, and always attentive to help and resolve anything that might happen. Regarding the experience itself, if it is a sunny day, you can do without the extra clothing, since it is not that cold. As for the mountain, it is all very beautiful with a unique view; if it is your first time skiing, it is a bit difficult and the slopes at Valle Nevado are not very well marked, so you have to be careful not to end up on a more advanced level slope. Slow falls do not hurt, but fast ones do. In summary, a very good experience that you cannot miss if you visit Santiago.

It was a very beautiful trip, where you get to know the largest ski resort in Latin America, everything is beautiful and Turistik is on top of everything. In our case, our guide Kenji was very kind and was there at every moment, highly recommended

Very good experience! I would like more time because skiing is difficult for beginners. But the trip was great, the guide Kenji was fantastic and attentive. I recommend them!

The guide Kenji was very attentive and patient in explaining all the details. Had cordiality in waiting us for the return in the late afternoon. We had a delay on the hotel lunch back inside the valley

A fun and good trip for the whole family. First time knowing the snow and everything became easier thanks to the proactivity of Maria (Guia) and Miguel (driver). Both of an unparalleled education and kindness, making the ride much more enjoyable.
