From the beginning, João Paulo has shown a lot of friendliness, education, knowledge, and professionalism. Conducted the tour in a calm and pleasant way, allowing us to see each place without that feeling of rush that often accompanies tourist tours. I especially want to highlight the care, patience, and attention you showed my mother throughout the day. For me, this was one of the most important points of the experience. Traveling with an older person requires attention to pace, comfort, and travel, and João Paulo had this sensitivity very naturally. In addition to the explanations about the places, their conversations, tips, and knowledge about Portugal made the trip even more interesting. Joao was a great tour guide, super friendly and made our trip/tour very comfortable. He showed us Sintra as well as some other local more hidden gems and was very knowledgeable. He was very accommodating and made sure we saw everything we wanted to see as well as showing us some places we would have never known about. Joao was amazing! We did the Sintra and Cascais tour; and we had such a lovely time. The hidden surprises that he showed us made us feel like locals. We’d highly recommend his tour as it was relaxing, insightful and full of beautiful scenery. Joao was lovely! Went with a group of 7 picked us up from our Airbnb and from the start had great conversation and energy. Originally booked for a half day but it turned into a full day. Went to Sintra, Cascais and customized the tour to our interests. Would highly recommend booking with him!
