Det er i disse maleriske omgivelser, vi finder, lige uden for det historiske centrum af Sintra, Quinta da Regaleira. Designet og bygget i slutningen af 1800-tallet, det afspejler hovedejerens følsomhed og kulturelle, filosofiske og videnskabelige interesser, António Augusto de Carvalho Monteiro (1848-1920), kombineret med virtuositeten hos den italienske arkitekt-scenograf Luigi Manini (1848- 1936). Incredible experience with friends, full of beautiful landscapes and good times! Without a doubt, the driver's friendliness, good disposition and tourist knowledge were fundamental (from the elaborate historical explanation of each place we visited to the recommendation of excellent gastronomic places) to make this experience unforgettable! Sintra is a lovely village, full of history and worth visiting. Cabo da Roca was a quick stop but we really enjoyed the view. Ultimately, it was a tour that we loved and will certainly repeat.
