Five star to KK for her wonderful hospitality and hard work keeping the area clean. Her friendly demeanor was so kind and cheerful, an excellent worker.
The lounge was spacious and clean with a decent variety of food choices, and the staff were accommodating, especially Caroline and Jannica in the reception.
Really good experience. Atmosphere is conducive for both work and pleasure. Good food selection, and very attentive staff. Shoutout to Cheryl who was extremely patient and kind in helping me sort out the signing in issues i faced.
