Søjlens rute, dalens synspunkter og vulkaner Vi går ind i midten af enorme vulkaniske stenfaroner, der er 30 meter høje udskåret "til kombination og mejsel", koloniale facader og udskæringer. Her vil vi have et strålende øjeblik med master stonecutters, kendt som "cutters". De afslører deres levende arbejdsteknikker, så vi senere kan gøre det med vores egne hænder. Vi vil se gigantiske blokfald og den vidunderlige oplevelse af at se små blokke af ashlar fremstillet ved hjælp af forfaderinstrumenter brugt fra generation til generation. På vej mod Mirador de Carmen Alto !!! Vi besøger de traditionelle og umiskendelige udsigter over Arequipa, Mirador de Carmen Alto for at værdsætte Chilina-dalen og vores 3 vulkaner, Chachani, Misti og Pichupichu. Det andet synspunkt er i Yanahuara. Her spiser vi rige traditionelle desserter og køber unikke håndlavede souvenirs på torvet.

Not that exciting and interactive as I was hoping it would be. Our tour guide and driver were very nice.
I´m sorry you didn´t enjoy the areas we visited :( the places are very cultural and maybe not interactive as you say :( We´ll be more than happy to arrange something to leave you with a good taste after Arequipa :)
Wonderful and amazing!!! Thankful for the kindness of the travel agents, patience and willingness in case of doubts or inconvenience that arose to assemble the itinerary according to our tastes! And as for the tours offered in Cusco and Arequipa, we were super happy, the guides very informed, they attended to every requirement, they made our trip a dream 🥰💜 we will recommend them 🤩🤗 thank you To investigate on the internet, just keep in mind, to look for the agency as sky arequipa, on calle bolivar (since we had doubts in taking the tours with them because before there was a Peruvian airline called sky, which went bankrupt, and unfortunately when googling lends itself to confusion)

This was an amazing tour of the Ruta de Sillar, including stops at the Mirador de Yanahuara and Mirador de Carmen Alto. Our guide Olivia was fantastic at providing us with information and answering any questions we had. It was also very convenient that the tour company offered to pick us up and drop us off at our hotel directly. We appreciated their timeliness, hospitality, and knowledge of the area and culture.

Our trip to Sillar was on time, comprehensive, and good value for money. Everything was included, including water and entry. The car was clean, working seatbelts, and safe driving. Our guide, Sline, was so knowledgeable and always had something to add. We never felt rushed. At the mine, we saw other groups stop for 15 minutes to take photos and go, while we walked through and were given explanations of the statues' significance, cost, etc. So I was glad to be on my tour. I would recommend it for a casual morning out.

The tour of the quarry was awesome but also a little sad to see the craftsman working in that heat... I loved Yanahuara District!! It is a beautiful district with a great viewpoint:) Also has the most beautiful park with fountain in the middle.
