Silk Road Show: Legend of Camel Bell inkluderer tur-og-tur-overførsler

We booked tickets for the Legend of the Camel Bell show through Trip.com. I want to make it clear that Trip.com was not the issue. Their customer service team was professional, responsive, and made repeated efforts to help us throughout this situation. Unfortunately, our experience with the supplier was extremely disappointing. During the booking process, I selected 20 June for our tickets. However, when the booking was completed, the reservation had been made for 19 June instead. This was not the date I selected, and I found the booking system confusing and unreliable. As soon as I discovered the issue, I contacted Trip.com, who repeatedly reached out to the supplier on our behalf. Despite this, the supplier refused to allow a date change, refund, credit, or any alternative solution. Their position was simply that an e-ticket had already been generated and therefore nothing could be changed. This booking was for five travellers, so the financial loss was significant. We were unable to use any of the tickets because we would not even be in Xi'an on the booked date. Despite raising the issue promptly, the supplier showed no flexibility whatsoever. In my view, any reputable company should have a reasonable process for resolving genuine booking errors. Instead, we were left with five unusable tickets and no assistance. Based on this experience, I would encourage other travellers to exercise caution when booking this show through any platform. While others may have a positive experience attending the show itself, my experience with their booking and customer service processes was extremely disappointing. Travellers should be aware that there appears to be little to no flexibility if a booking issue arises, even when it is reported promptly.

We visited here after our visit to the Terracotta Warriors. It was a surprise for us as we were not expecting it. During the earlier visit to the warriors we had lunch there and also met the original finder of the statues who with his mate saw them when digging for water. Anyway, our guide got us tickets here for the show which talked about the history of the Silk Road. It had camels and wolves on show and at one point there was a wolf fighting with one of the actors right in front of us. There is a lovely scene with a waterfall too and during the show the stage moves around. The actors are beautifully dressed and there is a translation service on monitors for non- Chinese visitors so the show is easy to follow. Totally unexpected but beautiful to watch and it takes an hour of so for the show to run from beginning to end.

Overly enjoyed the 1-hour show of the Silk Road Show. Tickets were easy to obtain along with return transfers from our Hotel. The atmosphere was delightful, I wish we arrived earlier so that we could check out the stalls, and markets as there were also Camel Rides available. Overall a great show which wasn't sold out, and had ample seats available. Big screen available in English so that you can follow the show's story. Popcorn, Sausages, Drinks available to purchase before entering the show, otherwise Staff walking around with refreshments to purchase. This show is suitable for all ages 4 years and up.

An absolute spectacle ! The entire audience is seated on a moving carousel that moves everyone from scene set to scene set, combined with backdrop visuals and amazing experience. When the live wolves chase the actors you cannot believe your eyes .!!

Norah was absolutely amazing in helping us organise this experience. She got us transport to the show and then to see the lantern show after, which she helped book too. She also got us upgrade to better seats for the show, we loved it! Our driver was amazing and got us there on time and provided super clear instructions. Overall this experience was great, the show is definitely worth seeing and if you don't speak much Chinese Norah was amazing, so helpful and will recommend sooo much.

If it’s your first time in China, I would recommend it. Our tour included a transfer that was prompt and efficient. However, if you’ve seen similar shows elsewhere in China, it’s something you may want to weigh, considering the time required to attend the roughly one-hour show and the cost involved.

Hmm? How do I even begin to describe this show? Part circus, part show, part CGI with amazing special effects, and hey, a true joy that'll leave you grinning for some time to come. The show is in a dome-like hard bench seat setting that may not seem like much at the start, but stick around! for an extravaganza that will leave you amazed at the show and gifted actors as well! It's a Silk Road show with a rotating stage that will have you in an ancient Chinese village, with a camel train (live camels) and actors taking along the Silk Road to Venice and Rome, with a dust storm, winter snows, wolf attacks (with well trained dogs as the wolves), waterfalls with, oh I dunno, what looked to be a thousand gallons or more of actual water with maybe some CGI that gave it authenticity, mountain shrines, a Rome-like setting, and then back again to the court of the Emperor and finally home. There's a storyline that weaves its way through the program with a small screen in English that explains what's going on. There are dancers, martial arts scenes against bandits, and yep, live camels parading by every now and then. We enjoyed this so much we're still chuckling at trying to explain it. It is well worth the entry fee. Keep in mind it's an hour out of the main part of town but it was a great sightseeing adventure.

Spectacular, wonderful and exciting. Makes you cry, it is amazing. Never before have we experienced the same, unrivalled experience.

The show takes place in a purpose-built stadium. It is located in the north-east of the city, about 40 minutes by car. Service includes a round trip transfer to the show and assistance in collecting the ticket and finding the entrance. The driver was very professional and the car impeccable. The show itself had everything to impress the world, rotating platform, water pouring in large quantities, dogs running around the room and multiple camels. The production is impeccable and relatively tasteful. The show contains several scenes and the platform where the audience is located moves from one scene to the next. The show is motivated by the current government's desire to recall the history of the region's economic and cultural ties with the rest of the world. Beyond this political will, it is a show that can be appreciated for many of its artistic qualities, staging and technical challenges.
