It was an amazing expirience. The guide was pretty nice and the tour was amazing. You could see a lot, and make some good expirience
The trip was a pleasure. The driver is very friendly and knows a lot of stuff. He shows places, other Trips don't include, especially the village. I can recommend booking here.
Such a great experience from start to finish! The sunrise hike was beautiful and afterwards Mathisha took us to a local place for a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast. It wasn’t included, but it was very affordable and absolutely delicious. The safari exceeded all our expectations. We saw so many animals and lots of elephants, some of them incredibly close. The pictures speak for themselves! The additional village experience for $10 was absolutely worth it. The cooking class with a local lady was amazing and one of our favorite parts of the day. We prepared traditional Sri Lankan food together, and the experience also included a boat ride and cow cart ride. A special thank you to Mathisha, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the day. We couldn’t have wished for a better driver and guide. The management was also amazing – very kind, helpful and always quick to answer any questions we had. Definitely one of our favorite days in Sri Lanka!
An absolutely unforgettable tour from start to finish! We began early to catch the sunrise at Pidurangala, and our guide, Mathisha, was right on time to pick us up from the hotel. After the hike, he took us to a local spot for a delicious, authentic Sri Lankan breakfast. From there, we headed to the safari — genuinely the best we've experienced. Watching elephants roam freely in the wild was amazing, and Mathisha was knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. We also added on a village tour with a traditional buffalo cart ride and a boat trip, followed by an excellent cooking class where we prepared our own curries, cracked open fresh coconuts, and made coconut milk from scratch — all topped off with a fantastic homemade meal. To finish, we visited a jewelry workshop, a wood carving shop, and a spice farm. Mathisha guided us for nearly 14 hours, staying attentive and friendly the entire time. This was truly one of the best tours we've ever done, and we'd recommend it without hesitation!
I had a long as I wanted at Sigiriya and the elephant viewing at Kaudulla NP (where they had moved to) was outstanding. They even picked me up one place and dropped me at another

Had an amazing day visiting Sigiriya, doing a traditional Sinhalese village cooking experience, and finishing with an elephant safari at Minneriya National Park. Our guide was fantastic throughout the whole day, really knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly flexible with the itinerary, which made everything feel relaxed and easy. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy each experience properly. A great way to see a few different sides of Sri Lanka in one day. Would definitely recommend.
Thanks to our guide’s excellent guidance, we were able to see many wild animals, including elephants. I’m so grateful for these wonderful memories—I never thought I’d be able to have this kind of experience in Sri Lanka, thinking it was something you could only do in a country like Kenya in Africa. Absolute amazing day with Kumara on the Sigiriya Rock & minneriya safari experience. The views from the rock are stunning and Kumara made sure we had a guide and water to take us up the rock. Following that, we went to a craft shop with wonderful wooden carving and then to a Herb garden. The finale of the day was a visit to Minneriya National Park to do an elephant safari. We saw so many elephants and Karmara was amazing taking us to all the spots he knew that elephants would be. I throughly enjoyed the day and would highly recommend it.
