Vores første stop er den idylliske landsby Viscri, hvor vi besøger en af Rumæniens mest velbevarede befæstede kirker. Beliggende i hjertet af Transsylvanien er Viscri Village en skjult perle, der transporterer dig tilbage i tiden. Dens brostensbelagte gader snor sig gennem charmerende, århundreder gamle huse prydet med livlige blomster og giver et indblik i det rumænske liv på landet, som det har været i generationer. Udforsk derefter Sighisoara, en middelalderby rig på historie. Mens vi vandrer gennem brostensbelagte gader, vil du blive transporteret tilbage i tiden til en svunden tid, og opdage fødestedet for Vlad the Impaler, som inspirerede den berygtede Dracula. Besøg Sighisoara middelalderby - UNESCO verdensarv og Vlad the Impalers fødested. Sighişoaras pastelfarvede bygninger, stenede gader og middelaldertårne er så strålende, at du vil gnide dine øjne i vantro. Befæstede mure omkranser Sighişoaras skinnende købmandshuse, som nu rummer caféer, hoteller og kunsthåndværksbutikker. Besøg middelalderbyen Sighisoara, herunder Klokketårnet, Kirken på Bakken og huset, hvor Vlad Spidderen blev født. Når vi går langs muren, der omgiver Sighisoara-citadellet, beundrer vi de fem århundreder gamle huse sammen med tårnene, der er opført af forskellige laug af citadellet, hvorfra skomager-, skrædder- og tinmagerlaugets tårne er de mest imponerende. Traditionel frokost kan arrangeres i Sighisoara middelalderby på Dracula House Restaurant!
Besøg Viscri, en autentisk transsylvanisk landsby og den ældste befæstede kirke i Transsylvanien og UNESCOs verdensarvssted. At gå gennem denne fortryllende landsby er som at gå tilbage i tiden! Selv prins Charles af Wales, tiltrukket af skønheden i dette område, købte et hus her for et par år siden. Besøg prins Charles af Wales hus. Med en middelalderlig befæstning i hjertet og landlige enge i omgivelserne, er Viscri indbegrebet af romantikken i det landlige Transsylvanien. Fra Viscris middelalderlige befæstede kirke strømmer brostensbelagte gader flankeret af rækker af kornblomstblå huse. De eneste lyde er raslen fra hestevogne og klirren fra et smedeværksted. Landsbyen Viscri er stadig en af de bedst bevarede saksiske landsbyer i Rumænien. Gå en tur gennem landsbyen og opdag et kultur- og naturlandskab, som forsvandt i det meste af Europa. Marius (I am sorry I am not sure of the spelling) gave us an amazing tour to places that give an amazing history into Romania. This area is rich in history which shaped where the country is today. I felt these areas are hidden treasures that everyone should explore. One of the best tours we have had. Thank you Marius for a wonderful day!

This was a great way to visit areas outside Brasov. The van was very comfortable and the scenery on the drive was beautiful, a really great way to travel. Mimi was a fantastic guide and was so open to being flexible with the group. She gave us great information about the area and all the best things to check out, she's a perfect tour guide! I would recommend anyone do this trip, you'll get to see some really beautiful places in a really beautiful country!
MUST GO! I had such a wonderful experience with Alex on this one. I am a savvy traveler and big fan of excursions. There are bad guides, so-so guides and amazing guides. Alex is AMAZING! He had so many interesting stories to share about places we went and beyond. This trip was the last tour on our Romanian trip and we have learnt so much we have not heard on other tours. Both towns are simply beautiful. Very authentic. If ended up being one of my favorite days in Romania.

I joined Bogdan’s tour and had a really great experience. He explained the history in a clear and engaging way, brought a lot of positive energy, and was always open to answering questions throughout the tour (which I appreciated, since I tend to ask quite a few). Overall, it was a very well-organized and enjoyable visit, and it definitely made me interested in coming back to Romania for another guided experience in the future. Brilliant tour from Bogdan, picked up at 9am at the Central square. Full of great information and always happy to answer questions and accommodating when requesting to go into areas of the towns. Fully recommend this tour so glad we did it and to visit other parts of Romania away from the city's.
