We had a great time. Enjoyed the sight from high elevation and went to the ski resort where we enjoyed time sleigh riding and snowtubing. We had a great tour guide that personalized our trip. Also got some souvenirs from one of the small shops. It’s an experience you don’t want to miss and just a short trip from Granada. Great for kids and families.
The guide had a lot knowledge of the mountain and surrounding area. The tour was adapted to our request as we were the only two persons at the tour. The guide came with nice alternatives and suggestions to fit our interests in the beginning of the tour. We can really recommend it. Fantastic views over the mountain.
Carlos was a great guide. He was knowledgeable about the history of the area and knew the local trails well. The hike was challenging at times, gaining an altitude of almost 1000 m
Fantastic trip to Granada from Roquetas de Mar with super knowledgeable driver/guide (Christian). Cost was 79 euros, worth every cent. The journey takes about 2 hours via Sierra Nevada with a short comfort/coffee break. Air-conditioned mini bus, all english commentary. We spent the morning at the Alhambra & got to see Nasrid places, alcazaba, Charles V Palace & Generalife gardens. Jet2 did a similar trip from our hotel but the Sunday trip had been cancelled due to low numbers and the Thursday trip wasn't guaranteed for same reason (that was 80 euros & didn't include as much. Then in the afternoon we were dropped in Granada city centre to explore for 2 hours. It would be a difficult trip for anyone with mobility issues but probably the best day trip I've ever done
This is a great day out of the city! You’ll learn so much about the area; including the geography, culture, agriculture, etc. and get some excellent exercise with impressive views of the mountains all around you. Our driver was Josè and he was extremely friendly, fun and informative. He doesn’t rush you, and always makes sure you’re comfortable and happy. On top of it all, we ate lunch at a beautiful restaurant that we never would have gone to without this trip and Jose. Be sure to follow their advice on what to bring and you’ll love your time on this tour!

What an amazing hike. Jose, a.k.a., the goat, was a fantastic guide. We were the only two that showed up so it was a private tour. We had a blast and walked all the way to the top. Definitely dress in layers and bring sunscreen. Amazing views. Stopped at a fantastic restaurant at the bottom of the hill on the river, extremely authentic Spanish, food, and plenty of sangria.
