Denne workshop tilbyder en fuldt praktisk og immersiv oplevelse med fokus på cambodjansk chokolade. Deltagerne ser ikke bare eller smager - de skaber deres egen personlige chokoladebar fra start til slut, guidet af professionelle chokoladeproducenter. Chokoladen er lavet af lokalt dyrket kambodjansk kakao og tilpasset med autentiske lokale ingredienser såsom Kampot peber, Kep havsalt og Mondulkiri cashews. Hver gæst forlader med en unik chokoladebar, sammen med en dybere forståelse af håndværkschokolade og cambodjansk håndværk - en kreativ, autentisk og mindeværdig oplevelse.

Very nice discovery for chocolate lovers. The tour is short but exciting, you see the work behind the manufacturing and you really feel the craftsmanship. The team is welcoming and takes the time to explain with simplicity. And of course the tasting at the end... hard to resist. A perfect stop for curious and foodies who want to discover chocolate differently. 😋
The activity is fun, well organized and accessible to all. The team clearly explains the process, and you can choose your ingredients to create your own chocolate bar. It’s both informative and greedy! The atmosphere is warm and you can feel the passion behind their bean-to-bar production. It is a perfect activity for families, couples or all chocolate lovers. I highly recommend if you are visiting Siem Reap and looking for an original and tasty experience.
Lots of fun tempering chocolate and designing your own choc bar and filling and cardboard wrapper - delicious too. Only an hour and cheap as well.
