Undslippe turiststien for et naturskønt ophold i det cambodjanske landskab på denne nemme 4,5-timers cykeludflugt fra Siem Reap. Sling dig ned ad grusveje og skjulte stier på en 30 km lang rundstrækning gennem landlige landsbyer, rismarker og sukkerplantager. Stop undervejs for at møde lokalbefolkningen, prøve typiske cambodjanske snacks og observere traditionelt håndværk som kurvvævning. Denne lille gruppe tur er begrænset til 10 personer for en personlig oplevelse.

Mød din ekspertguide på Gingold café Sivutha Boulevard, Siem Reap kl. 7.45 om morgenen. Vær venlig at medbringe kamera, solbriller, solcreme og behageligt cykel tøj.
Dyk ned i landskabet. Efter en sikkerhedsbriefing cykler vi til udkanten af den arkæologiske park Angkor, mens vi går ud på landet for at opleve en livsstil, der har ændret sig lidt gennem århundreder.
Efter en tur på 10 km gennem små stier og baggader går vi til en lokal kurv-/rattanvæver. Lær om dette ældgamle håndværk, se mesteren og prøv det selv.
Dernæst sætter vi os tilbage på cyklerne for en kort tur, mens vi cykler vores vej til et landsbyhus for at slappe af og nyde nogle snacks. Dette stop giver en fantastisk mulighed for at opleve dagligdagen på landet på første hånd. Mens byggeteknikker har ændret sig gennem årene, forbliver de ledende principper bag deres design de samme og afspejler livsstilen og udfordringerne ved at bo på landet.
Se en anden side af Siem Reap ved at cykle de stille landeveje for at opleve det traditionelle landsbyliv, udforske velsmagende snacks og få forbindelse til rigtige lokale undervejs. Aktiviteterne varierer efter årstiden.
Derefter tager vi til West Baray, en menneskeskabt sø, der går tilbage til Angkors tid. Her vil vi ride langs bredderne og se fiskere gå deres dag, mens fugle fredeligt flyver over dem.
Cykling tilbage til Gingold kaffe, Sivutha Boulevard, Siem Reap og afslutte vores tur herfra.

Certainly a family highlight! Sin was an amazing guide who taught us a lot about Cambodia and its culture. The riding was amazing too getting off the man roads seeing Cambodians in their regular daily life.

Our guide Hang greeted us with a smile and a coffee, explaining us what to do and where we would go. Then 30 km of Great fun with a local who explained everything we wanted to know and obviously enjoys what he’s doing! We were only with the two of us which made it a luxurious private tour! The Local market was an insight in the real daily life of the people living here. Thank you for your time

We had an amazing tour with Muen Tuy. A highlight of the experience was Muen taking us to the local market and showing us some different Cambodian snacks. The bike ride itself was a lovely pleasant pace and was not challenging. Would recommend this trip to anyone wanting to see more countryside of Cambodia. Muen, my guide was very informative and keep things interesting. He lets me interact with the locals through food, activities and nature. Patient with me as I was biking quite slower than him. I really recommend him if you want to experience a different side of Siem Reap never seen by foreigners.

My guide Bunvath did a great job. He is friendly, knows nature, farming and great places to stop. It rained for most of the trip but he showed me everything. The bonus was because of the rain the bullfrogs were really loud. An amazing nature experience. The snacks he provided should be in the hotels, really tasty and different.
