Ervin was a fantastic guide: friendly, articulate, and incredibly well-informed about the technology, gadgets, EVs, and robotics we explored. Although some of the sites could easily be visited on your own, it was Ervin's commentary, expertise, and thoughtful perspectives that truly brought everything to life. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this tour.

We had such a fantastic 6-hour tour of Shenzhen with Star! He was incredibly interesting, kind, attentive, and just an all-around great guy. His English was impeccable, and he was such a great conversationalist that the day felt more like exploring the city with a knowledgeable local friend than being on a formal tour. Star took us to experience drone-delivered beverages, explore the tech mall, check out Xiaomi vehicles, and visit some of Shenzhen’s huge electronics stores, where we had plenty of time to browse and buy a few things. We also stopped and had a meal together, which was a really nice part of the day. One thing we especially appreciated was how attentive he was to us throughout the tour—even making sure we were safe crossing streets and watching out for passing motorists. At one point, one of us unexpectedly needed medical treatment for a small wound, and Star even guided us to a local hospital and made sure we got the treatment we needed. That was definitely not part of the planned itinerary, but he handled it with such kindness and helpfulness, and we were incredibly grateful to have him with us. Six hours flew by. We easily could have spent even more time with Star if we’d had the energy! We learned a ton, saw exactly the side of Shenzhen we were hoping to experience, and really enjoyed getting to know him along the way. We would absolutely book with Star again and highly recommend him!

Great tour—I had a fantastic time! Star is an amazing guide who shared many interesting insights. The planning was perfect, and yes—the drone delived my coffee even in the pouring rain. Our day trip from Hong Kong to Shenzhen was incredible from the moment Star picked us up at the train station to the minute he waved goodbye as we drove away in an electric vehicle. The tour provided a fascinating insight into modern Shenzhen and China’s technology sector, including robotics, innovation and some of the latest developments that many visitors would never discover on their own. What I particularly appreciated was that the tour felt personal rather than robotic (no pun intended).
