Kunder kan købe billetter til op til 3 eller 6 personer på en fælles tur. Nyd College Backs of Cambridge på en guidet punttur. Op til 3 personer vil have en hel række, op til 6 personer vil have en hel sektion. Disse billetter overholder regeringens retningslinjer for social distancering. Kunder passerer både Magdalene College og Quayside og lærer om dets historie. Kunder vil også rejse under Magdalene Bridge.
Kunder vil gå under sukkenes bro og passere 'Bryllupskagebygningen', formelt kendt som den nye domstol.
Kunder passerer både Trinity og Trinity Hall College og ser Wren og Jerwood Libraries. Kunder vil også passere under Garret Hostel Bridge, den eneste offentlige fodbro langs denne strækning af floden.
Kunder passerer både Clare College og Clare College Gardens, som ligger på begge sider af flodbredderne, samt rejser under Clare Bridge.
Kunder vil passere det verdensberømte King's College Chapel og rejse under King's Bridge.
Kunder vil passere og lære om kollegiet og dronningens, der var dets grundlæggere, samt passere under den berømte matematiske bro. Det er på dette tidspunkt af rejsen (ved Silver Street Bridge), at punktet drejer og rejser tilbage langs floden.

Great tour with Johannes who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The punt was comfortable and there were plenty of opportunities to see the magnificent colleges along the river. Johannes stories added to the ambience and made it a very worthwhile trip.
I have to say Eddie who was our tour guide was fantastic. He had just graduated at Cambridge, Trinity College on History. Very knowledgeable, given amusing historical facts & very entertaining. Well worth the tour. 10 out of 10.
We were originally going to punt ourselves but decided on taking the tour so we could all relax. This was an excellent decision. As first time visitors to Cambridge, it was so great to hear details and fun facts about all the universities and surrounding buildings that we absolutely would not have known otherwise. Our tour guide, Pi, was awesome, he was charismatic and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions whilst navigating a busy river. This activity can highly recommended to us and it did not disappoint.
Great experience from start to finish. Sadly we don't recall the guy's name who led the experience for us, but he was friendly, knowledgeable and confident it what he does! Information was shared clearly and he able to answer questions with ease when asked. Beautiful scenery, and plenty of space to share with others also on the tour. We made good use of the available umbrellas on this exceptionally hot summers day!

We had a fantastic punting trip with this company and made a super special first time for my neurodivergent son. Excellent booking and communication from the team and our punting guide Archie was very informative and fun. We will certainly book again. Thank you

We were walking for punting ride and lets go punting guys offered us free drinks to all four of us since our punting was after 90 minutes. That was the catch line they used for us. At 4:15 pm we caught the boat and we weren’t provided any drink. Plus on requesting to speak to Manager, the manager never came and instead wanted us to travel to them. Nice work guys. Very bad management and not given what was promised. Never using your useless service again.

To clarify, we are happy to provide drinks for customers, provided they are pre-ordered at least 48 hours before the tour. Unfortunately, we are unable to prepare or supply drinks on the day. It appears there was some miscommunication, and we apologise for any confusion. Our salesman intended to let you know that, due to the wait time, you were welcome to bring your own drinks on board, rather than suggesting that we would be able to provide complimentary refreshments. We're also very sorry that our manager was unable to reach the landing stage before you decided to leave. At the time, he was assisting other customers, which unfortunately caused a delay. We understand your frustration and apologise that we were unable to resolve the situation immediately. This has been discussed with the team to help prevent similar issues in the future. Despite the misunderstanding and delay, we hope you were still able to enjoy your tour. Should you choose to visit us again, we'd be delighted to welcome you back. Please remember that drinks can be arranged with advance notice, and you're always welcome to bring your own refreshments on board—particularly on a warm summer's day! I had to cancel my punting tour with Let's Go Punting due to a serious medical issue that forced me to cancel my entire planned trip to the UK. What impressed me most was how Tayla in their office handled my cancellation — rather than simply processing it, she proactively reached out to offer me the choice between a full refund or a credit note for a future visit. That kind of thoughtful, customer-first approach is rare and truly appreciated during a difficult time. The warmth and professionalism shown by the Let's Go Punting team has made me eager to experience the River Cam with them when I am able to return to the UK. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
