We had such an amazing time on the Shanghai river night cruise. It went way beyond what we were expecting, how can you ask for more than that. From start to finish, everything was so thoughtfully organized by Alana, which made the whole experience feel easy and completely stress-free. She is very good at what she does. Zhou, our driver, was waiting on us at every point of the adventure he was super friendly and very accommodating making our transportation for the evening a breeze. And Lin, our guide, was just wonderful, so warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaging. You could tell she really cared about making the experience special, and the insights she shared made the evening even more memorable. Seeing Shanghai illuminated at night from the river was absolutely breathtaking, one of those moments you won’t forget. So grateful we got to experience it. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Shanghai. It deserves more than 5 stars.
We had an excellent experience on this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting China. Our guide, Kalvin, was outstanding. His English was fantastic, his knowledge was extensive, and he was professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire trip. We genuinely could not have asked for a better guide. Our driver was also excellent—always punctual, courteous, and ensured we travelled comfortably and safely. A special thank you to Alana, who organised everything. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests. Overall, this was a 5/5-star experience. Everything was seamless, well organised, and exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend this tour to others.

The night time river boat cruise on the Huangpu with Queena was absolutely amazing. She did a fantastic job with making this cruise unforgettable. Queena is very knowledgeable and has a terrific personality which made this cruise a must when your come to Shanghai. Queena was right on time for pickup at the hotel and truly made this trip something that I will never forget. If you have a chance you should request Queena as your tour guide.
This tour was fantastic. Everything about it was premium from the car, to the VIP section on the cruise, the taste of the food to my guide Queena. I felt this particular guide was a natural. She provided interesting facts but I did not feel overloaded with info like on some other tours. The focus was on pleasure.

We had a perfect evening. Kalvin was the nicest person and shared so much interesting information. Everything was well organised and on time. The company kindly accommodated our request to do an earlier dinner before the cruise since we had kids. The dinner was delicious and something we would have never found or experienced on our own.
