Jason was an exceptional guide for our Disney tour. From the moment we met, he was friendly, energetic, and incredibly organized. His knowledge of the park was impressive—he knew the best times to visit each ride to avoid long lines and made great recommendations. Excellent experience with great customer service! We were picked up on time in our hotel lobby and greeted with a very friendly tour guide. We were then transferred to Shanghai Disneyland where we we were were given our entry tickets and escorted to the park main entry gate where the guide assisted us to insure we entered the park without any problems. We agreed in a pick up time and location which the tour guide was kind enough to allow us a pick up time 45 minutes after park closure to allow some shopping time on Mickey Avenue and World Disney store. When the pick up time came, we were picked up on time and transferred back to our hotel in a timely manner. Overall an unforgettable experience!
Everything was top notch, I recommend it to everyone I especially want to thank the work of Mr Jason and also Mrs Carol they were very friendly and helped throughout our entire journey 🙏🙏🙏

Tour guide was very friendly and the pick up drop off was very punctual, we had a great time, Jason’s team have managed our day very well, no hassle at all. I will definitely contact Jason again next time I’m in Shanghai, and would recommend to others!
