Missing the queues allowed us to spend more time viewing the rooms in the palace. Once the guided tour was over we could walk at leisure around the gardens

An excellent well informed and interesting tour We are so pleased we chose to go with Laura. Her English is excellent and she is friendly and engaging.
The experience itself was phenomenal. The guide was super responsive and attentive to our needs at all times. He had an exquisite knowledge of everything he showed us during the tour. No doubt I'd count on her again another time.
I didn't like it, very expensive, minimum tickets should have been included, 180 euros was paid for 1 hour with a hurried guide.carisimo
En relación a la visita, no hubo ninguna prisa y se hizo en la hora establecida. Les facilite el hacer el tour incluso a otra hora que les vino mejor y les gestione las entradas, que por cierto si hubiera leído condiciones de tour y lo que no estaba incluido lo hubiera visto antes de reservar. El tour al ser privado y exclusivo se adapta al cliente. El precio del tour por cierto tampoco se corresponde con lo que aparece en comentario. Le incluí una introduccion con exteriores ya que llegaron antes al punto de encuentro, que por norma general no está incluido en la visita. Siento que no hayan valorado la atención y la flexibilidad que he tenido con ustedes.

Our guide, Laura, was deeply knowledgeable, energetic and delightful. She brought the history of the Alcázar to life for us. Despite the crowds of other tourists swirling around us, we felt transported through the centuries. The Alcázar itself is breathtaking, Laura added perspective and context to the stunning decor and architecture.
