Denne guidede gåtur er let at moderere afhængigt af din gruppe præference: længden, ruten og sværhedsgraden er fleksible. En typisk gåtur (moderat) er en 16 km (10 miles) løkke, der starter og slutter i Seaford, 5 - 6 timer inklusive frokost- og forfriskningspauser. Andre start / afhentningspunkter er til rådighed - skal diskuteres efter booking. Alle vandreture har fantastisk udsigt over Seven Sisters Cliffs, Seaford Head og Cuckmere Haven. Din guide Matt vil tage dig til steder, der kun er kendt for lokalbefolkningen, herunder havlandskaber, fantastiske hvide klipper, floder, skove, afsondrede landsbyer, landbrugsjord og nedre bakker. Brug passende tøj og sko, der er egnede til at gå! Vi kan gøre det nemmere for dem, der foretrækker at hoppe på en bus tilbage til Seaford efter at have stoppet til frokost, hvilket gør det tilgængeligt og aktivt uden at være for fysisk krævende! Vores akkrediterede rejseguide vil møde dig på Seaford Beach, og vi vil have 15 minutter eller deromkring til at snuppe en let forfriskning og nyde landskabet, før vi begynder vores tur
Vi går fra Seaford Head til Cuckmere Haven med et stop ved Hope Gap (tidevandet tillader det, vi går ned til stranden). Dette byder på en fantastisk udsigt over De syv søstres hvide klipper.
Vi går langs den smukke flod Cuckmere til Seven Sisters Visitors Centre.
Vi stopper i 45 minutter for drinks og frokost (ikke inkluderet) på Saltmarsh Farmhouse Cafe. Vandrere vil også have mulighed for at købe souvenirs og lære om de omkringliggende områder i centret. En kort gåtur fra besøgscentret afslører en fantastisk udsigt over den bugtende Cuckmere-flod. Vi tager en kort (men stejl) gåtur til Friston Forest og går derefter tilbage til Cuckmere Haven på South Downs Way.
Vi vender tilbage til Seaford Bay via Chyngton Farm og passerer store marker med får og kvæg. Dette giver vores 3. herlige udsigt over De syv søstre. Der er mulighed for at besøge Brewsters Coffee Co. ved Seaford Head, hvis vandrere ønsker at stoppe. Vores anstændige passerer os gennem Seaford Head Golf Club (et yndlingssted for vores guide, Matt!) Når vi ankommer tilbage til strandpromenaden, vil Matt være mere end glad for at tage dig med til et af hans yndlings offentlige huse og dele en pint af en af mange fantastiske lokale ales.

This was a fantastic walking tour. Matt was a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, always willing to answer our questions and have a good conversation. I really enjoyed my walking tour through Seven Dials with Matt. He was a fantastic guide — knowledgeable about the area’s history, as well as the local plants and birds we came across along the way. I especially appreciated how he set clear expectations about the level of difficulty and kept the pace comfortable for me throughout the walk. A great mix of history, nature, and thoughtful guidance. The weather wasn't on our side, but Matt turned a cloudy day into a beautiful walk through the rolling Sussex hills. It was very pleasant to hear local stories and small details that I never imagined! I hope to return as soon as possible ... maybe with some more sunshine 😂😂😂

Spectacular views of the Seven Sisters on this walk. Enjoyed the variety of scenery from the coastal chalk cliffs, the meandering Cuckmere River and the sheep we saw as we passed the farms. Matt was a wonderful host and guide. Being solo, I was a bit leary. Matt proved to be super easy to talk to and he provided lots of historical and interesting facts about the Seven Sisters and the surrounding area. I could not recommend Matt highly enough. A truly enjoyable and lovely day from beginning to end.

He knows exactly where to go and checking in periodically to see how you are, giving options and recommendations. With Matt I was able to experience every part of nature. Took this trip at the beginning of October on my own. I contacted the guide beforehand re meeting point specifics etc and got a helpful and timely response. The views on this trip were fantastic-of course the better the weather the better the views. Matt was a very considerate guide-ie checking in with the party re aspects of the walk, difficulty of some parts of the terrain etc. This IS a proper walk ie need the correct shoes and clothing , good level of fitness etc. A stop for lunch in a lovely cafe and a brief visit to a lovely gift sjhop added to the enjoyment. Matt knows a lot about local history which added to the interest of the trip and was very happy to answer questions and make other recommendations. I would be very happy to go on another walking trip organised by Matt. He's a great guide-you are in safe hands. For someone who likes nature and a good walk I would thoroughly recommend this trip.

My husband and I booked this walk to see the beautiful scenery along the English Channel and the Seven Sisters White Cliffs and it was worth every step. You will only get this unique view with Matt as your guide. He is very personable and easy to visit with. We walked along the the beach at Seaford and up along the cliffs of Seven Sisters. The views were amazing. We also took some lovely walking paths leading us through the hilly forest area nearby with trees all around. Just a beautiful walk. Lots of people hike and walk and bike here. This is geared towards those who are fairly fit and ours was an 8 hour hike, aprx 40k steps for the day. There are places in which you can take a break or even shorten the steps of you need. Thank you, Matt, for showing so much of the area to us. It was a walk we will never forget! Excellent!
