If visiting DR, this is a MUST do. The tour guides were amazing. You get so many activities for the price. Prepare to ve burned out after lol. It was an entire day of activities. My partner and I were totally satisfied.

the tour on the hacienda was fun. We did all the activities indicated in the itinerary, the lunch was excellent, and the facilities clean... However, the customer service was AWFUL. At the time of booking I chose the pickup option from the hotel, everything was confirmed, however, on the day of the tour they contacted me by whatsapp to tell me that they could NOT meet me at my lodging and demanded that I wait for the driver at a meeting point at 8:00am, they warned me in a very rude way that “if I was not there at the time indicated, the driver would not wait”, I informed them that from my lodging to the meeting point was very far and that I did not have transport to get there, they told me that “that was not their problem” and warned me again that “the driver would not wait”. I had to grab an UBER until the meeting point, arrived on time at 8:00am and the driver arrived at 9:00am. I asked the person who was attending to me via whatsapp AND HE DIDN’T CARE ANYTHING, I told him that I was with my parents in my 50s and we were tired of waiting in the sun and heat, but he didn’t care. In the end the driver arrived late, took us to the hacienda, where a gentleman received us and apologized for the “inconvenience”... I accepted the apology ONLY to not miss the tour, but I really felt it was disappointing and humiliating to treat myself and my family.

Por ello, nos sorprende su comentario sobre las condiciones de espera. Asimismo, lamentamos si la comunicación fue percibida como poco cordial, ya que nuestro equipo está capacitado para informar nuestras políticas de manera clara y respetuosa. Cabe destacar que el transporte opera bajo rutas y horarios establecidos, por lo que la puntualidad en el punto acordado es fundamental. Dicho esto, ofrecemos disculpas por el retraso en la llegada del chofer y entendemos que esto pudo afectar su experiencia, especialmente al estar acompañado de su familia. Agradecemos sus comentarios, los cuales tomamos en cuenta para seguir mejorando nuestros procesos y la calidad de nuestro servicio.
Overall experience was great. Bring a spare set of clothes and a scarf for the buggie rides! Lunch didn’t include drinks (not even bottled water). Bring small denominations to tip various activities. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We did this excursion and absolutely had a blast. From the zip lining to the dune buggies in the mud, the safari ride, it’s the perfect excursion for an adrenaline junkie. However, the lunch they serve, is not ideal. It’s in a shack with flies and birds everywhere, therefore we did not eat. We had completely no appetite after seeing that the birds are sitting there and flies are all over the food. They rush you from one excursion to the next so for us we came off the muddy doom buggies, and then had to horseback ride in wet, muddy, bathing suits which left nonstop chafing on us. The horses are definitely underfed, and you could literally see all of their bones which broke my heart. They are hot and not well taken care of. We did us excursion once and can say we did it. The views are breathtaking. However, the animals definitely made us feel very awful.
