We had a great experience with Sergio’s! They were very informative. Our trip was slightly modified due to storms the orecious week. The one thing I did not like was that they did not inform us of the change until we had already left. The Beach house is what it is, a beach house! Pool was clean. Food was good and drinks were pouring!
My whole family, ages 15-71, loved this tour. We didn’t get to experience the wildlife portion due to flooding, but everything else was great. Our tour guide was friendly and informative.
The cenote part was cancelled due to flooding, no fault of the tour, but that was what we were really looking forward to.The Mayan Ruins of Xcambo were cool. We did enjoy the drinks at the house. And the ocean behind was clear and calm and nice for swimming. Although the tour was ok I wish we would've booked a cenote excursion through the cruise ship.
I had a special request and Jesus went above and beyond to make it happen. We will be forever grateful. The tour was absolutely amazing and informative. The food was delicious and the drinks were cold. The vibe and the atmosphere were on point. A must do if you’re in Progreso México.
My family and I recently visited Progreso, Mexico and had an amazing experience on Sergio’s 5-in-1 Tour. We especially enjoyed exploring the Mayan ruins and spending time at the beach house. Our tour guide was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. The food served at the beach house was absolutely excellent, and everything was well organized from start to finish. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time and created memories that will last a lifetime. We highly recommend Sergio’s 5-in-1 Tour to anyone visiting Progreso and looking for a great way to experience the area’s history, culture, and beauty!
The rain days before our tour impacted the activity. We did three of the five stops as a result. The tour guide provided little commentary during the day, mostly just played music on the bus. The beach house stop was the highlight of the excursion.
Uva was a great guide. He was a wealth of knowledge and appreciated him sharing his personal ancestry. We had plenty of time at each stop and never felt rushed. I liked that the beach house had a pool as well as access to the ocean.
Absolute amazing experience. My wife and I had a blast doing the Eco tour of the Cenote‘s, the salt flats, the Mayan ruins, and the beach house. All of the admission fees were included with the tour. Only thing we paid for was the extra tips that we left for the house staff, and our guide/driver. All of it was amazing. Our guide was super knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. The beach house was probably our favorite part. Amazing food, open bar, beautiful, clean, spacious pool with a beachfront as well. We will definitely come back and do Sergio‘s again! Highly recommend!
Absolute complete experience from start to finish, tour guide was informative and very warm. All persons involved were so welcoming and kind, food and drinks on point for experience and the wind down at the Beach club was icing on top of the cake
Unimpressive, uninteresting and dirty. Bathroom on bus did not work so we had to hold it. Life jackets were extremely dirty, moldy and broken. Cenotes were unimpressive as there are much nicer and better ones in the state of FL. Salt flats the same - better ones in UT, NV and CA, etc. Wild life on this excursion consisted of raccoons, birds, bats and fish. Mayan ruins were unkept and small, unimpressive compared to other Mayan ruins. Food at Sergios beach house was not good. In general, we found Progreso to be quite dirty everywhere, uninteresting, and everyone asking for tips. Much better to just see these things out of Cancun and Cozumel. Skip Progreso, bleh.
