Amazing

This tour operator is a bunch of professionals who know what they do. Extremely reliable, transparent; dedicated to their job. I have spent an amazing 5 days safari tour with Freddy as a driver. The prior organisation with Jacob was outstanding and I highly doubt any review which asserts the opposite. I can only just recommend these guys. Thanks again for this marvelous experience.

Very disappointed!

Booked safari with Jacob, he CONFIRMED the price by our route and AFTER he received DEPOSIT he started to INCREASE the price: "We request you to add $160 so as to make a booking", after he said price for Flying Doctor Insurance is increased and we have to pay extra or go WITHOUT insurance. I asked for a refund, he said I have to request it from the card processor but card processor stated it's the merchant have to request a refund, later he sent refund request to WRONG email, it's looks very unprofessional. Just waste my time on communication, refund finally received. Very disappointed!

First you request for midrange level of accommodations and after make an initial deposit you upgrade to luxury level of accommodations with the same price. After discussing on increase the price you don't need that topic and you promise me that you will write a bad reviews to all of my platforms and this is what you do. You want us to change the accommodation without add money ($ 160-Because of upgrade mid range to luxury). Note that without add this amount ($160) it will make our company a fail to provide this service. Our company prefer it is a better option to refund your full initial deposit you make with us, and we Refund you on time. The process of refund your money took 2 days because of the verification from bank and which is normal. Sorry for make you unhappy and also waste your time but we love to serve you. Our promise to customers is to Provide a good and quality service. Thank you.
