The tour was great and very personalized. The highlight of our tour was our guide Sunny who was very accommodating and friendly. She is born and raised in Seoul therefore was very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the city, even managed to get us some twisted donuts without having to wait in line.

We organised a 2-day tour of Seoul this week with VIPTravel, and they assigned Alice as our guide (plus a very helpful driver). Alice was excellent! I had some initial ideas of what we'd like to see, and Alice helped us shape them into a thorough and very enjoyable two-day trip to see all the sights of Seoul: Gyeongbokgung Palace, National Folk Museum, Bukchon Hanok Village, Jogyesa Buddhist Temple, Namsan Cable Car, Seoul Tower, Gangnam shopping, Seongsu district and the National Museum of Korea. Lots of fun, lovely local restaurants, and we learned a great deal about Seoul. Would gladly use Alice again if we can come back one day for a DMZ tour!

Excellent four hour private tour with Alice. We visited so many attractions in a short amount of time and she was very knowledgeable. Highlights included the Buddhist temple, palace, Folk Museum, hanok village and street market. I enjoyed both tours and Days, The DMZ was truly fascinating but i have loved to learn about the Korean culture. Alice was my tour guide, she was full of information but didn’t make me feel like I was drinking out of a fire house.

Visited Geongbokung Palace, National Folk Museum, Jogyesa Temple, To Sok Chon restaurant (best ginseng chicken soup in Korea), Kospi Korean Stock Exchange, Hanok village and the Gwangjang market (amazing hotteok). Our guide Judy was fantastic and our driver Charlie got us everywhere we needed to be in record time. Amazing and memorable day. Highly recommended if you want to see as much as you can in 7 hours.

She did not just guide us around Seoul, she spoiled us. Every place she brought us to was amazing, every request we had was granted, and somehow she made everything happen so smoothly. We kept joking that she was our “genie,” because every little wish we had, she made it come true. 💫 We experienced Seoul in the best way possible. Incredible food that we are still dreaming about, skincare shopping that felt like a treasure hunt, beautiful historical and cultural spots that gave us such a deep appreciation of Korea’s rich culture, history, and traditions, and of course the clean, organized, and welcoming vibe of the city. Sunny knows exactly where to go and how to make every moment count. One of the best surprises, I got new glasses and sunglasses during the trip, and they were delivered to our hotel in less than two hours. I did not even realize my vision had changed until I wore them, and suddenly everything became crystal clear. Talk about efficiency and magic. 😆 Even though our trip was short, Sunny made it feel full, rich, and unforgettable. No wasted time, just pure enjoyment from start to finish.
