Underground Rome er en eksklusiv rundvisning i det gamle Roms skjulte juveler, gemt under de verdensomspændende berømte pladser og springvand. Alle har hørt om Trevi-fontænen, men hvad med de underjordiske gange, der strækker sig nedenunder dem? This is a great tour if you want to truly understand Roman history. Our guide, Ricardo, was excellent. Very knowledgeable and good sense of humor. St Clement was the high point. Be prepared for a long walk and lots of stairs.

This was SO NOT WORTH IT!!! The places you go were a museum and a very small shop like building that was the size of a large living room. Really nothing to see. Our guides English was so difficult to understand, and she showed up wearing flip flops and cut-offs. Very unprofessional. Out of 19 days in Italy and 21 private tours, this we listed as the worst one. Absolutely, don't waste your money or find one that really does do an underground tour.

Although your tour was back in the beginning of May, I can read and feel, how this has affected you to a point that you have felt compelled to share your opinion with us after 3 months, which we all in Rome Tour team appreciate very much. I must point out that this tour is made specifically for ancient Underground Rome enthusiasts and fans who want to know everything in tiny details. Also the entire tour and what the points of visit were, are clearly stated in it's description, so my warmest suggestion is that in the future, you check out what the tour is about before experiencing something that is not fitting to you or let us know right away so we can provide you with the tour that would be a positive experience. We are dedicated to leave each and every customer happy and come back to us, so we are clearly disappointed when we don't meet those expectations. When it comes to tour guides appearance, there is no dress code defined for guides and we cannot discriminate/comment someone's fashion choice. Our tour guide was very nice but had a very hard time with the English language. She was not focused and it was very hard to follow. She tried her best but she was not at a standard we have expected from Viator tours in the past. Not worth the money at all for a private guid. Would have been better to ready and do the audio guides

Our tour guide was informative, personable, and made sure during the peak sun hours we weren’t left out to bake. The underground portion in the Colosseum joins up with another group, but that also was enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to Ancient Rome.
