Booked the platinum package directly with them. Zip lining is SO incredibly fun! We opted for the Superman upgrade at the end and it is an incredible view! But opt out if you want to go faster. The bridge hike is nice and the sloths are so cute! I loved learning about them and seeing them in a more natural environment
The staff was very professional I felt always safe and taken care, every single one of them where very nice. I made the circuit with my 12 years old daughter and we only wish we had more time to do other circuits

It was an unforgettable experience, breathtaking views, pure adrenaline, a unique sensation. The guides were attentive at all times and super friendly, very approachable, making jokes and more. The truth is that this is also a point in their favor. Undoubtedly recommendable.

Amazing experience. Guides were helpful, friendly, and safe. I would recommend for anyone going to Monteverde. Definitely worth it!

If you love waiting around, this zip line tour is for you. We only did the canopy tour and expected to be back to our hotel roughly 3 hours later. Nope. Picked up at 8 am and dropped off at almost 2pm. Long wait to check in. Long wait starting at the lines. Seemed once we started it was going to go quick but nope. After a few lines the guides had to catch up so lots of standing around waiting in long lines while cold in the rain. Would have given 1 star but the Tarzan swing was pretty fun. Returned to the start around 11:30 but hotel transfers are only at 11, 1, 2,3, and another later one. Lots of others had to sit around waiting to go while the parking lot has tour empty tour vans just sitting. When asked if there was earlier options was told they have the restaurant up the hill. No thanks. I’m sure that is by design. Do yourself a favor and drive yourself. Better yet, do something else. La fortuna zip lines were way better with waterfall views and felt much more organized. Even our 9 year old son was complaining that this one was lame.

Awesome! Best adrenaline adventure ever! It was like a drunk experience without the hangover :) A 1.000 mts Zipline? Wow! The Staff was super helpful and super animated.

Excellent activity. The guides were very friendly and great with the kids. We had lots of opportunities to take pictures and videos. 13 zip lines, 1 Tarzan swing and only 2 short walks between the zip lines.

Amazing experience and highly recommend this. Our family of six all just loved it! The guys guiding and supporting us were all very nice and committed to making sure we had a good time, Sebastian in particular. Very adventurous, definitely try the tarzan swing. SO FUN!
