We only made it to 2 stops. Gps was not accurate. We got so frustrated we finally Gave up and went to our next destination.

It was a really good tour. It was very informative. The directions were very precise about which way to face and how far to walk. We loved the flexibility of being able to stop and start as often as we needed or wanted to. We paused a few times to shop and once to just rest along the way. I felt like we got every bit as good of a tour as we would have with a group tour and paid guide, but we could probably hear better since there were only three of us. By the way, we only purchased one tour and just listened to it from my speakerphone. The only downside was that it ran down my phone battery considerably. So in hindsight, I would’ve brought a charger with me. Something to consider if purchasing only 1 (vs 3) might be that if the crowds had been any larger we may not have been able to hear well, but since we did this in September, all 3 of us were able to hear just fine.

Very informative & fun. Go at your own pace & enjoy the sites. Would do it again! Wear comfortable shoes though.

The narration was great and the sound effects really added to the experience. I have the following advice: Pay close attention to the directions given in the app. Take a few minutes to navigate in the app. One of the guests in my group struggled a little bit. Also I didn’t discover that the EMF meter in the app worked until near the end. But that’s on us.

Clear, informative guide. I’d eliminate the comercial business part of it that seem like only a plug for sponsored businesses.

Wasn’t able to use it due to personal issues, headphones broke. GPS was very confused, lots of internet issues in Salem. Downloaded everything before hand as others suggested it didn’t help us

Enjoyed this narration throughout Salem. Great low cost option to get all of the historic information.

We didn’t get to do the tour when we arrived in town

Couldn’t access audio … walkntours app kept freezing and making my phone both mad and sad. up my phone. Book! And not in the witchy way.

We couldn’t get the self‑guide mobile app to work, and the support team wasn’t available when we reached out. They should provide clear instructions on accessing the booked service through the app and have support available as advertised. I booked this to explore the place at our own pace, but it ended up wasting our time and money. I’ll choose an in‑person guide next time.
