Morgenbesøg til vulkanen og dets svovlvand på en traditionel græsk Caique båd. Det første stop på dit eventyr er vulkanen Santorini, hvor du vil have mulighed for at klatre på toppen af vulkanen, se og tage billeder af den aktive krater og gå på dens rande. Næste stop er at dykke og svømme i svovlvand skabt af vulkanens undervandskræfter. Nyd fritiden i Thirassia. Beundre fantastisk udsigt over Santorini fra et andet synspunkt. Flersproget guidet tur. Efter bådturen vil en komfortabel bus vente på at transportere dig til den fascinerende landsby Oia for at beundre den mest berømte solnedgang i Grækenland. We were picked up minutes from hotel and taken on air con coach to port. All day boat trip to volcano and hot walk up high to see magnificent views. Then back onto boat to another island for lunch and swimming. Staff on land boat very helpful and friendly. Had great day even though longer than we expected
This was a really good value for money ypur that had incredible experiences and opportunities to explore . We saw so much of the island and learnt so much about the history which gave us a really good base for the rest of our trip. Everything was really well paced and accommodating for all. The tour guides were always very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the communication sround pick up times was slightly confusing and we were picked up 15 minutes late with no notice or communication. Overall would totally recommend , really loved it!
Great experience, the guide was top notch and knowledgeable. The volcano was amazing and the experience was very fun.
The experience was good overall; but, I had mixed feelings about Thirassi as the visit (about 2-hours) was one of welcome and a little bit you’re not welcome. It’s hard to explain except to say some establishments weren’t friendly. The boat ride was good and the staff/crew were cordial and polite. The communication system (speaker system) can be upgraded or add a couple of more speakers in the bow and stern so that the tour guide can be heard. Yes, I would still recommend the tour to others even with my one caveat. Thanks!
The trip was cancelled and we were put on an alternative trip. We later found out that numerous other people had the same experience. Not a one off. The alternative trip went to the hot springs, white beach & red beach. The hot springs was not hot springs, instead freezing cold ice water which you were allowed to swim in. BAD ADVERTISING. We did not see a white beach we saw a white cliff. we we not able to access any of the beaches as the boat was far from the shore so if you are happy with taking a photo of the beaches in the distance then GREAT. The good part of the trip was friendly staff and an excellent BBQ on board. When we arrived back we did not have a transfer back to our pick up point in Perissa. Instead we had to catch a bus to the suppliers head office in Fira, completely the opposite direction, and then wait for an alternative transport to take us back to Perissa. Very disappointed in the excursion as we paid to see the Volcano and Thirassia island on a tradition Greek boat and a dip in the hot springs of which we got none. No wonder we got a discount!!!

Regarding the Hot Springs, water temperature is a natural phenomenon and can vary depending on sea conditions and the mixing of thermal waters with seawater. The stop visited was the official Hot Springs area of Santorini. Access to White Beach and Red Beach is subject to daily weather and safety conditions, which may affect whether guests can approach or disembark at the beaches. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the friendliness of our crew and the onboard BBQ. It was a good experience to explore Santorini. The tour guy, Spyros, was great, knowledgeable, and well communicated about everything. Really like this experience. The only bad thing is poor communication about changing the pickup location a day before the trip. We reached by Viator message and WhatsApp message, and nobody responded to us.
We were several French to book on this site to have a French guide but unfortunately no Francophone guide for us even no audio guide. Despite this inconvenience the day went well, the transfer Athinios Óia by shuttle also went well despite a big blur when arriving at the port, we looked for the. Shuttle point all over the port.The guide was nice.
There is no guide, they just give you minimum instructions for each spot which is not very clear. Mostly they tried to ween ppl from getting into the waters and exploring the activities— they encouraged staying on the boat and buying cold drinks. Before booking we asked many times to see if we ends up at the same port and if there was parking at the port they gave us a very unclear answer. So to clear it up for non Greek speaking ppl. You get picked up from a bus stop close to your hotel (make sure you select your hotel from the drop down while booking) then you get dropped off at the port where they tell you which vessel to board. Then they take you to all the spots without any real info about the places and activities. The 3rd stop is the island for where you get time to have lunch and Rockey shoreline(“beach”-not really conducive for swimming). Then they take you on the boat from Oia to the same port that you departed then they put you on a bus with was very chaotic because there were no real instructions on how it is all done—we just go from person to person to figure out how it’s done. Then it’s a long bus ride to Oia city where the bus drops you off and you have to figure things out on your own and find your way back to the bus before it leaves so you can get dropped off at the bus stop by your hotel. Most of the staff speaks very little throughout so there is really no guided tour— so what does it mean when they advertise “English speaking guide”?? The captain was the rudest and yelled at us as if we were like kids or that he was a Captain of a pirate ship-we felt like he was shouting at animals (us). When we told the other staff members that they needed to treat their customers with respect they told us to submit the complain on the review platform so here it is, hope some things change. We were total of 9 ppl in our group, and we were all very disappointed with it all.
The tour is very complete. A plus point is to be picked up at a specific place to go down to the port, as the road is somewhat complicated and the parking there is even more complicated. The only thing to improve was the return: there were many, several boats coincided on arrival and the organization was a bit chaotic because no one knew for sure which bus belonged to him. After 11 hours of excursion, we were all very tired and would have been ideal to know in advance the assigned bus number to go directly and avoid confusion. Otherwise, a very complete and recommended experience.
What a great day! Everything was great - the boat, the time spent at each stop and the stops themselves. The guide was knowledgeable and we all had a great day Definitely make sure you have trainers on for the volcano hike, and water shoes for the thermal swim, the water is shallow and the mud is very slimy you definitely don't want to stand in it in barefoot. I would also recommend not wearing a white swimsuit, as the hot spring water is yellow, and does stain! If you don't want to do the swim, you can stay in the boat and watch. We loved the add on to Oia to watch the sunset we had 3hrs there to explore and find a great spot to watch the sunset. The bus picked us up and dropped us back to Perissa.
