Shanghai folk elsker at spise nudler og wonton, og der er så mange sorter i byen. I løbet af denne 3 timers madtur vil du udforske tidligere franske koncessionsområder og nyde velsmagende noodle og wonton i 3 forskellige lokale restauranter i baggyderne. To af dem er opført som Bib Gourmands restauranter i Michelin Guide Shanghai 2017. Du finder nudlen er lavet i forskellige teknikker, såsom hånddrejede, knivskårne eller hjemmelavede sammen med rejer wonton i oksekødssuppe. Du kan også vælge sesampasta, scallionolie eller braised kødsauce som topping. Deltag i denne interessante tur for at opdage hemmeligheden i Shanghai noodle og wonton. Mød din eventyrlige madguide på Huangpi Road Station (Shanghai Metro Line 1), og vove dig mod boligområdet fra den berømte Huaihai Road. Du vil først gå til restauranten Dingtele (i Shanghai betyder dialog fantastisk) skjult i lokalforbindelse gennem gyderne. Tilfredsstil din appetit med nudler i munden. Had such a fun time on this tour during my 18 hour layover! Jim was a great tour guide and all the food and drinks were very well selected :) The tour was very informative and all the food kept me full for a whole day haha. It’s also a great way to meet fellow travellers !
This was an excellent food tour run by Jade who kept us all laughing, interested and exceptionally filled with delicious snacks. Do not eat anything prior to your tour!! This is Shanghai hospitality at its finest and you will be completely spoilt.

Fantastic tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and considerate. We had a great array of local foods to try. Really liked walking through all the back streets and seeing the local markets. Would highly recommend if you're looking for authentic a Shanghai experience.
This was an amazing experience especially as it could be difficult to translate the menu. Patrick was super welcoming and friendly, I felt very comfortable with him during this tour. This was a very fun walking tour with delicious food that focused on small local places for noodles, soup, fruit, tea and beer. Our guide Jade was excellent with great English and great stories about the city. And she made sure there was plenty of food for one vegan in our group and another who loved spicy meat!
Went on this trip with my brother and it was fantastic! Jim showed us some authentic hidden gems around Shanghai that we would never have known about or found otherwise. It was so good to have an informative guide who made sure to share his love of local cuisine and history. Great food, great beer, great sights, great guide! We booked for another tour with Jim the following night...
One of the highlights of my trip to Shanghai. I'd definitely recommend doing this tour early in your trip, as it's a great way to learn your way around downtown. Jim was fantastic. He taught me a lot about Chinese history and culture, was very fun and friendly, and knew took me to eat a lot of really delicious food. I'm recommending his tour to all my friends that are planning a visit.
