I am very disappointed about the service I did not receive. I arrived at the airport and met the taxi organisers for Viator. We waited 20 minutes and the staff could not advise if the taxi was coming to collect us. I was with family and we were stranded and I had to rely on another taxi service to transport my family and me to our hotel. I would like a refund for a taxi service I did not receive.
Your booking was classified as a no show. My driver waited until 2:45pm. I have records to show and have sent them over to viator.
They were on time and courteous. Waited on us to come from the long line of immigration. They were friendly and ask how our visit was.
