Startende fra centrum af Sapa by, vil du tage en lille vandretur op gennem majsfarmen til Mountain, efter 1,5 time når vi til Dragon Jaw Mountain (1.900m). Der vil du have mulighed for at se hele Sapa by og Muong Hoa-risdalen, en af de smukkeste dale i Vietnam.

Efter frokosten fortsætter vi turen til landsbyen Hau Chu Ngai og tager en ekstremt smuk landsbyveje og korte bambusskovstier for at komme ned til landsbyen Giang Ta Chai, hvor du kan mødes og se det lokale daglige liv. På vejen har du chancen for at se husene spredt rundt i dalen og de yderst majestætiske terrassemarker fra oven.

Great way to trek Sapa area
Our guided trip from Sapa into the local villages was a great way to spend a day. Our guide, Tùng was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We did not have the best weather to start so he was able to reroute our trek to one that fit the day better. It was a bit steep getting down from Sapa to the first village but once you're they're the rest of the trip is pretty flat and very simple trekking. Definitely recommend hiking boots/shoes over sneakers. The lunch stop halfway through gives you a lot of food so don't worry about working up a hunger. Have a light breakfast and you'll be fine. There is a cafe/bar stop as well. The scenery is stunning and the small villages are all interesting and unique. You will most likely have a local follow your group for a bit of the trip, seems like it's how it goes there. They'll help you with the trek and then will try to sell you some of the same handmade goods you'll see in Sapa. Lucky for us we wanted to try the Red Dao herbal baths and this trek ended in a village that offered them everywhere. Our guide took us to a lovely spa and we had a great, relaxing herbal bath to end the day. Hotel pick up to start the trek and a car is hired for you to return back to town. Thank you Tùng!

The guide wasn’t the best...
The guide wasn’t the best explaining things along the way. Make sure to bring your own trekking boots as we rented ours and when we got back the place was closed.

Amazing way to see Sapa and get the best views.
Amazing hike - Great way to see Sapa away from the busyness. The views are spectacular. (Bonus: the lunch was lovely and the family that made it were very friendly!)
Our guide Nhu was very informative and made us feel at ease. We really enjoyed having her as our guide.
FYI - Slightly more tiring than we were expecting 😅. Make sure you have good footwear and have something to cover your arms and legs (as it can get a bit scratchy in the corn field).

Great guide and lunch
Our trek was ruined by heavy rain which is just bad luck for us
Numy did a really good job of making the most of it and we learned a lot about the the villages

Great hike despite weather
We had a great hike today up Dragon mountain with Nhu! It ended up just being us which we really liked! The weather wasn’t perfect but it was still an amazing time with great views. Walking through the bamboo forest is quite an experience! Nhu gave great information throughout the hike and was very kind. We stopped for lunch which was very good as well. Definitely recommend!

Excellent tour with exceptional views
Absolutely amazing experience. Sinh was an excellent guide who gave us cultural information along the way. The trails were beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Lunch was included and was plentiful. I am vegetarian and catered for with no issues.
