Sejle over Santorinis smukke 'caldera' (oversvømmet krater) og besøg øerne Nea Kameni og Thirasia på dette 6-timers krydstogt. Bestyr en sightseeingbåd fra den gamle havn, og beundre Santorini klipper og som du krydser til Nea Kameni. Nyd fritiden til at gå rundt om dens vulkanske krater, svømme i de varme kilder og besøge Thirasia-øen. Udforsk og spise frokost her (ikke inkluderet i prisen) til fritid, før du kører tilbage til Santorini.

Udflugten starter fra den maleriske gamle havn i Santorini. Denne havn er kun tilgængelig med svævebane, hvilket er den mest almindelige måde, da det kun tager 3 minutter at gå ned, 587 trin til fods eller for dem, der elsker eventyret, er de lokale æsler det ideelle valg at nå det. Vigtig bemærkning: Du skal betale 6€ mere pr. vej enten for svævebanebilletten eller for at ride på et af æslerne. Gialos, den gamle havn, ligger under Fira, beliggende ved foden af en stenet klippe. Du vil blive overrasket over de stejle skråninger af calderaen, og til sidst vil den lille havn dukke op under disse enorme klipper og hulehusene, der ser ud til at dingle på klippen. Der vil guiderne til din udflugt vente på dig, for at give dig alle de vigtige oplysninger og for at orientere dig på båden.
Vores første destination vil være den berømte vulkan Santorini! Efter 20 minutters sejlads når vi Nea Kamenis anløbsbro. Skulle du være interesseret i at blive guidet ved vulkanen, skal du betale 5euro/per person som entré. Derefter vil du gå til vulkanens højderyg med din guide, og han vil forklare dig alt om vulkanens historie og geologi. Du bliver på vulkanøen i 1,5 time og til sidst går du ombord igen til vores båd til næste stop.
Vores næste stop bliver øen Palea Kameni, hvor de berømte varme kilder ligger på vestsiden. Et sted, der er virkelig populært for sit termiske vand. Vi stopper der i 30 minutter i en afstand af 30 meter fra det lave vand på Agios Nicholaos strand. Vandene er blandet med mudder, at de er fulde af svovl, jern og andre metaller, der kommer fra vulkanen, og de er meget gode for huden, gigt, gigt og andre fysiske smerter. Vigtig note: For at nå Agios Nicholaos' strand er det vigtigt at svømme ekstremt godt.
Næste stop er øen Thirassia. Thirassia er en miniature af, hvad Santorini plejede at være for flere år siden. I dag er en jomfruø, stadig uberørt af turisme og moderne livsstil. Øen Thirassia er kun 9 kvadratkilometer stor og har cirka 300 faste indbyggere. Vi bliver der i 2 timer for at udforske denne maleriske og traditionelle landsby samt for at smage det autentiske Santorinske køkken. Hvis du ønsker det, kan du også gå til hovedbyen Manolas, som er hovedstaden i Thirassia. Udsigten over Santorini er spektakulær derfra.
Efter afgang fra din sidste destination, afsluttes turen ved den gamle havn i Fira. Efter din landstigning skal du vælge en af de tilgængelige måder at gå tilbage til Fira by. Bemærk venligst, at du igen skal betale ekstraomkostningerne for din transport tilbage til Fira by.

Beautiful landscapes A decent sized boat without too many people Guide .... not really For those who expected an excursion in French... they were disappointed. The stopover at the sources is a tourist thing but nice to do, the one in Thirassia has no interest.
The trip to the volcano and hot springs was fine (although they left out some important details ahead of time like bring a towel, wear a dark-colored bathing suit, and bring a waterproof case for any important belongings that you don’t mind leaving on the boat unattended). The hot springs visit was too short though (30 minutes, which included the time swimming to/from it). The visit to the other island (Therassia) was pointless and entirely too long (2 hours). Even with eating lunch and visiting the one shop on the lower level (you could hike about 400 steps straight up, but it was our understanding that there was only a single other restaurant up there), we were done after an hour. They said you could swim, but there was no designated swimming area that we could find. Most of us tourists just hung around and waited for the boat to come back in what little shade we could find. If there was supposed to be a guide as part of the trip, they were practically useless as I never heard one fact/pointer from them, including where to get on/off the shuttle buses when the trip was over. Would recommend to future travelers to only do the volcano and hot springs, and skip the other island altogether as it was a waste of time. Would also look into a different tour company (we used a Caldera’s Boats).
Very poor organization when leaving the boat. We arrived by put first to the port 9:30. To leave only at 10:20 am whereas the departure was scheduled at 9:45 am. We had to remove the breakfast from the hotel in order to be at the appointment time. The guide only took people with reservation papers and in the end those with QRcode on the phone as was our case. In addition, you will find a landing on the island of Thirassia for two hours on site. We thought we'd have lunch on this island. Due to the earthquake last February, it is forbidden to disembark. We had to settle for a poor sandwich on the boat with a break in front of the island of 20-30 minutes. It would be nice to inform this change in your description. The return trip was also complicated for our transfer to our hotel where we got back on a bus to Oia and then left the group and walked back to our hotel in Finikia. Fortunately the French-speaking guide was interesting in his explanations about the volcano and the surroundings.

I had a pretty terrible time getting on this trip. I was told to get on and off the boat several times. I was told finally to get back on the boat, only to be told I would be left on the first stop. I had to frantically call while on the boat to have it confirmed that I was allowed on this boat. It really set off the experience on a bad foot and if I hadn't had excellent service from the agent I would have been stranded on an island. Ruined the trip.
Very fun trip. Included boat ride to volcano, a tough hike, then a rewarding swim in the hot springs followed by a lunch break in Therassia which we otherwise would not have been able to see. Once in a lifetime experience. Crew were extremely accommodating and helped me lower my toddler son into the water when it was time to swim.
Seeing several islands not just the volcano. I would recommend this to others. Good value for the money.
