It was the worst. What's more, the reviews I posted were deleted. When I rated something bad as bad, I was treated badly. We were dropped off on the cliffs and forced to wander in the scorching heat of the day with suitcases on a maze of roads and slopes of more than 30 degrees.

Our visit to Santorini was amazing staring with our transport, Maria took care of our group of 3 even though it was her day off. All arrangements were taken care for us for a good price. I highly recommend them, there the best of the best.
I was there for almost an hour after the time I asked to be picked up. I had no number to call or update. I sent an email and still was stuck then when I was finally contacted an hour after the discussed time the I got a lot of back and forth via text message.
Dear Cynthia, This transfer was booked for 14:30 and upon your request our driver was waiting for you at 18:30 as your flight changed. We always ask for the flight details to ensure that we will meet you in time and you never gave us that necessary information unfortunately. We tried calling you several times without success and we managed to get a hold of you only when you reached your hotel by paying another transfer. We do understand the fact that your flight arrived at 17:30 and you gave us the wrong information, but that doesn't mean that we did not come to pick you up on the time you indicated. We also offered you a full refund despite the fact that our car waited for you over an hour at the airport. The driver picked up our group in a timely fashion for our transfer from our hotel in Oia to Santorini Airport. The professional and courteous service is greatly appreciated. I would recommend the service to other travelers.

Excellent, friendly and reliable. We used them for transport to and from dinner around the island and also to the airport. We had the pleasure of being driven by Alex who was incredibly knowledgeable about Santorini and always on time. They also had cold water on hand!

We booked a transfer from Santorini port to Oía and another one from Oía to the airport. Everything was excellent and very punctual. Vehicles are quite modern, comfortable and with AC (vital in summer time). Very pleased with the service!

I had prearranged for my wife and I to be picked up at the airport and transferred to our hotel. As soon as we exited from the baggage claim area we saw the driver holding a sign with our name. He immediately took the luggage from me and led us to a beautiful Mercedes van. After the luggage was loaded we headed out and enjoyed the beautiful scenery along the way. Upon arrival at the hotel the driver quickly unloaded the bags and helped us get them up the walkway and into the hotel lobby. We also used Santorini Private Transfers to return to the airport. The driver arrived at our hotel right on time and once again helped with the luggage. He dropped us of right at the door to the airport. I would recommend Santorini Private Transfers for anyone needing a transfer service in Santorini.
