My family and I went with Captain Leo and Jenny yesterday with his new boat. We boarded from Vlychada port and sailed to Red beach, then white beach, pass the light house, then the hotspringand finally to Thirasaia Island and back to Vlychada during sunset. We stopped and swimmed both Red and White beaches and had dinner at Captain John in Thirasaia Island. This is the best company and best boat. We got our money and more. Fantastic Jenny served us and the whole family was very happy.
What an amazing experience. This was the #1 recommended experience to do in Santorini and we would have to agree. Our crew was engaging, informative and accommodating. They made sure we had the most memorable time. We visited the Red Beach where we were able to swim for a bit, then off to the White Beach and then to the Hot Springs. Not as warm as we were expecting but still being able to swim in the Aegean Sea was awesome. We finished our tour with a BBQ and then snorkeling at the White Beach. Our crew took their time getting us back so we could enjoy the sunset and what a beautiful sight that was. We had a great time and met many new friends. It seemed as if we knew each other already.
A Fantastic Catamaran Experience! This catamaran tour was the perfect way to experience Santorini from the water while taking in the breathtaking scenery and learning about the fascinating history of the volcano. The swimming stops were wonderful, and even if you choose not to swim, there's plenty of space throughout the catamaran to soak up the sun, relax, and take in the spectacular views. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip! A special thank you to Attila, Paulos (I hope I spelled the names correctly), and the entire crew. They were phenomenal—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire tour. From expertly navigating the waters to sharing fascinating insights about the island's volcanic history, they made the experience both enjoyable and informative. And come hungry! The crew served an abundance of fresh, delicious food that exceeded our expectations. If you're visiting Santorini, I highly recommend this tour. It offers breathtaking views, outstanding hospitality, delicious food, and an unforgettable experience that you'll remember long after your vacation ends.
It was a gorgeous trip with amazing hosts that made it feel super personal and safe. The food was wonderful as well! Also, the hostess would offer to take pictures of the best spots on the trip.
Lovely time on the water! We were a party of nine (two family groups), the stops for swim time were the best, the dinner served was actually very good, & of course the sunset was Amazing! Thanks to a great crew for ensuring we had a great outing!!!
Amazing afternoon into evening sunset tour with plenty of swim options, history lessons and chill time. Food was amazing and they accommodate allegories and dietary restrictions. Very kind and gracious guides. A must do when in Santorini
What an amazing experience. Capt 'Super' Mario, Sophia (our hostess) and the crew of the Havanna exceeded our expectations. It was a beautiful day/evening spent cruising the Santorini Caldera. We made several stop to enjoy a swim in the cool waters and take in the surrounding sites. Swimming in the cold waters mixed with the warmer water from the hot springs was wonderful. The crew treated us like royalty while ensuring our safety as well. They served us a lovely meal consisting of grill chicken breast, spaghetti, a Greek salad, dolmades, bread and tzatziki. They even went as far as to accommodate my wife's gluten-free dietary needs and made gluten-free pasta. We were so impressed. Now...let's talk about the views. Absolutely breathtaking! Sophia was very knowledge of the area and it's history. She was lovely. The star of the show was the sunset at the end of the evening. Capt Mario positioned the ship perfectly as we watched the gorgeous sun melt into the Aegean Sea. Anyone looking to book a sunset cruise need not look further. 10* from both my wife and me and exclamation point to our stay in Santorini.
Always book a boat trip whenever we travel and think we maybe have been spoilt on other similar (but cheaper or good value) excursions to Rhodes & Barbados. We were picked up promptly and the staff on the boat were lovely. However it felt very commercial & rushed. With cups collected as soon as the sun set. The warm wine from the plastic bottle wasn’t very plentiful so if you want a beer and free flowing drinks book the premium version of the cruise (lesson learnt). You can keep ice on a boat for more than emergencies. They are beautiful boats I understand that but I felt the constant cleaning and mopping of the boat and rules of where to apply sunscreen ruined the relaxed experience. The crew were knowledgable and gave us information about all the stops and it’s a must do to see this island from the sea.
The pick up spot was not easy to find. We had to take an expensive taxi a water taxi and a cable car ride to get to the marina. Way too much and the food wasn’t good. The views were spectacular.
This excursion was our favorite! The boat was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the crew was the best. We were late getting to the excursion and they still made it happen for us. We will always remember our trip.
