Excellent service. We communicated before arriving in the Dominican Republic. Upon our arrival, José had to wait for us at the airport because our flight was delayed. He communicated with us at all times and was attentive to our departure. On the way to the hotel, he gave us a mini city tour with explanations and even sang typical songs for us. The service from MyTransfer is highly recommended; they fulfilled everything.

I was very disappointed with this ride. I had already paid for the trip to the hotel from the airport , but when I told him that the original hotel had canceled due to it being full he told me it would be another $35 cash which I did not have. The driver did not speak any English which was fine but it made it very difficult to communicate. He kept handing me his phone while he was driving and texting and driving extremely erratic and dangerous. I ended up giving him $20 cash. But the ride was horrible and I was filled with anxiety thinking we were going to crash.

Regarding the destination change, please understand that for last-minute modifications requested within 24 hours of the service, we reserve the right to apply additional charges, as these updates are not covered in the original booking. However, we take your feedback regarding the driver's conduct and safety very seriously. To investigate this matter further and take the necessary steps, please provide us with your booking number. Your safety and peace of mind are our priorities, and we want to look into this thoroughly.
Not great not bad. As good as getting an uber. Waited outside for like 10 minutes for the driver. The guy who loaded the bags demanded a tip before the car even arrived. He said “prepare tip”

This service provider met us at the Airport then put us in a vehicle with a driver that speaks Spanish only. Even though the driver knew the drop off location he got angry when we asked questions. Recommendation: Clear communication from meet to drop off.
The driver was amazing....great customer service and very helpful. I highly recommend this service to book.
Driver was there on arrival. Was Easy to find. Did not speak English so communication was a problem. Car was not what we were told we would get and car was a little run down.
