Tour guide was not at the starting point of the stadium tour at the booked time. No admission with our tickets either!

We were not given entry to the Stadium as the ticket we downloaded did not work. No representative from the Tour Company turned up and we had to go and buy two tickets from the official main box office at a cost of Euro84. We are expecting a full refund for the tickets we purchased at £114.51 for a service NOT provided by Viator.

Nice tour , wish we would be able to see the locker rooms or tunnel to the field. I took Some nice pictures and bought a jersey.

Everything perfect from the ease of purchase to the info shared yes about the tour that the directions to reach the stadium are to the magnificent tour. Highly recommended!

The ticket with the QR never arrived on the site and could not be downloaded. If it wasn't for the help of a stadium stewardess who spoke to the site attendant on the phone, we would never have entered. Bad Service. Tickets with QR must be emailed immediately after payment and not 1 hour before entering the stadium. Definitely won't use it again

Even if we are not a supporter of Real Madrid, I must admit that this visit dazzled our eyes. A magnificent 2H visit to see the history of the club as well as the trophies and the highlight of the show is to sit in the gallery and contemplate its magnificent stadium.

Amazing the stadium of Real Madrid. It is also worth visiting the museum. A pity the stadium is in works when of our visit, preventing a more complete tuor, however, what we saw was very cool.

HORRIBLE, it is a robbery, you are charged almost double for a simple ticket, they tell you it is with guided tour but it is hook, the ticket is a normal one without guide through the stadium, better buy them on the website, already claim and there is no solution, it was a robbery that I have been charged 71€ per person for a simple ticket without tour of 38€
