Big Bus is so convenient and a great way to learn about San Francisco!! The staff was so very helpful. The drivers were great, especially Grady. The people at the terminal helped us get the best deal especially Quell. I highly recommend this service.

It was a fun experience with Patrick our guide. He’s knowledgeable about the tour and funny with jokes at the same time. If he could tone down the jokes a bit and not step over our personal boundary more than once, then he’ll make an excellent tour guide.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm glad I went in the morning since I enjoy mornings. Though I am from San Francisco, it was my first time to Muir Woids. So peaceful and beautiful. Our guide, Grady did a great job especially with the history. I even learned more about the city I was born and raised in.

The Muir Woods were so beautiful to see in person! The air was so fresh. It was a neat picture place! The gift store was neat as well. I got a replica carved tree made out of red wood for memorabilia. Our tour guide Lester was great and very knowledgeable! Just a warning though if you are scared of heights, please know that the drive to the Muir Woods is a very winding road and it looks over a cliff.

The tour was well organized. Our driver and tour guide, Lester, was a hoot. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable all along the way. Muir Woods was otherworldly, highly recommend as a must see.

There isn’t enough time in Muir Woods to do the entire route. You will see many Redwoods but it’s a little rushed. Personally, I didn’t think the stop in Sausalito was worth it. Our driver was very talkative. He will provide a blow by blow description of traffic movement.
