Great food! Eric was a wonderful guide. The Gaslamp area is like most downtown areas - not very clean and a lot of unhoused people. But the restaurants are clean and staff is very nice.

Eric was super nice, and super funny. the food was amazing and we even got to see and visit some spots that wasn’t on the tour. I really loved going to the dr. Seuss art collection. I think my favorite was the melt burger or the filipino eggrolls. In third would be the birria tacos with the added spicy salsa.

It was a great tour. I was surprised by the small distance covered. Some really great stops. Riley was great at sharing knowledge of the Haslamp District between stops, so you get more than just the food. Food choices were great. And it wasn't too much...about what I would eat for breakfast and lunch combined. Pricey, but a good way to experience the Gaslamp and its food. 1. Gaslamp lumpia factory Veg,chicken,pork lumpia 2.The Melt Wagyu, Angus, Jalapeño 3.Spill the beans Chagga mushroom coffee 4. Taco Centro Baja fish taco 5. Taqueria los chuchys Birria tacos 6. Cali Cream Fresh local ice cream

Friendly guide and nice stops. Enjoyed the coffee shop and ice cream. We went to two taco places and would have preferred one to be different, but both were good.

Had a great time! Doug shared some great facts about the city, some hidden gems. The food was really good. We had one vegetarian in our family of 4 and there were accommodations at every stop without it being a bid deal. Highly recommend!!
